Nope, beat 'em by one.
 
Yeah I would've counted Void Stalker's vote as one for dwarfs, but it looks like Skaven won the tiebreaker! It was dang close though.
Now if you'll excuse me, I have to go figure out how to set up the prologue bit.
Because I honestly forgot to spend as much consideration on the Skaven as I did on the other options for some reason. Dunno why.

how the hell am I going to get them to blow up the moon by their own decision...
I also gotta work and I'm a lazy bastard, so with those excuses out of the way I think I should have my stuff sorted out in the next few days or so.

Knowing the Skaven, we'll blow up the moon just because we can. Or because there's all this warpstone we want for ourselfs. Or because some clan built a moonbase. Or by accident.
 
Well, I'll keep an eye on this I guess.

No point in the Skaven quest I was working on going to waste.
 
He will totally not run the Under Empire into the ground and then blow it up by accident! :D
 
I will note that if you fuck up badly enough in the prologue you might kill all the Skaven.
Would've been the same rule for all the factions, actually. Though united Skaven are, by my estimates, one of three factions (and the only playable one) that could conceivably 'win' end times and end up conquering the planet.
