There's a portion of fanon that speculates Remilia turned Sakuya from a vampire hunter into her Perfect and Elegant Maid with some fate manipulation/brainwashing...

Enthropy Judge, can we get a list of powers Flan has access to? If we have vampiric hypnosis, that could make it easier remolding Sayaka after we fully break her.

--[X] If she's like Sakuya then she'd probably tell you the truth to get you to do something than a lie... using the truth has always worked out better!
---[X] But she isn't your maid... so huh maybe she's not really like Sakuya. Easy way to figure it out!

I wonder if we can take Homura to SDM? Force her to abandon Madoka, with no other Magical Girls to guard the city, Kyubey might tempt her into become a Magical Girl and be force to be a maid. :V

Wonder if Flandre could break the Bond between Madoka and Homura?

The Character Sheet (Abilities: Flight; (Temporary) Invisibility; Extreme Strength, Speed, and Toughness; Regeneration; Making things Explode; (Temporary) Self-cloning; Danmaku; Bat Transformation) has the main ones that I remembered; mesmerism, unfortunately, is not something Flan can do successfully on her own. She would need Remilia to actually do the work. The closest she could do without irrevocably damaging someone would be intentionally focusing on someone while 'radiating' power to cow them into submission.

Flan is, somewhat unfortunately, a bit of a few-tricks pony. She's excessively strong, and very cunning, but she isn't much for skill. That said, if you can make a good-enough case for Flan possessing a specific ability with enough skill to use it effectively, I'll see about adding it in.

"Hmm ...." You stop glaring and plop to the ground. "Hehe. I wonder why you're making this offer ... you obviously have something to gain. Something you can't beat, and it's rubbing you raw? Maybe it's out to get you specifically, and you know you can't beat it?" She just stands there, though. You wonder just how much like Sakuya she really is - then again, Sakuya knows a lot about how vampires think. This girl, on the other hand, probably doesn't. She knows about you, so she's obviously talked to Mami and Miki - she wouldn't know you were looking for a good fight otherwise. But she obviously thinks she has some sort of advantage, because she wouldn't be standing in front of you so arrogantly otherwise. And in the middle of the night ... you're pretty sure she has very incomplete information.

You assume that she doesn't know how much a vampire values a given word, so any deal you make with her must - for now, at least - come with some sort of guarantee. She already refused to let you keep her Soul Gem ... but she never actually refused to become your maid! She just acted like you hadn't asked it. You giggle, and the girl sighs and begins to turn away. Ah!

"Hey!" She turns back to you. "You never answered my question. How would you feel about being my maid?" She frowns. "I don't particularly trust you, because you're a stranger and I can't read you ... but if you're my maid, then because you're my loyal servant, I would trust you! Maybe I wouldn't even have to leave my lair until this awesome fight." She faces you fully.

"Your maid? You want me to dress up in a maid outfit, call you "My Lady," cook and clean for you?" You giggle.

"May~be. I think you'd look cute in Sakuya's outfit, but you don't have to wear one. I don't think you're a good enough cook to take care of my meals, though - maybe I'll just have you handle ... procurement." She twitches, just a bit, and you shrug. "Or maybe not. Ah, and you'd have to make sure only people who can actually fight come to meet me - I don't want any boring people to get past you. That would defeat the purpose, since a maid is supposed to take out the trash!" You think for a moment, then nod. "Oh, and can you sew?" She blinks and tilts her head.

"Sew? Like, needle and thread?" You nod and point to your shirt.

"Yeah. A couple someones put some holes in my shirt. I don't like them, and I can't fix it myself. So obviously I would have my maid take care of it." She seems completely bewildered - does she think you're some kind of super-mage who can just snap her fingers to fix clothes? She seems to relax after a moment, though, and looks at the floor.

"May ... may I have some time to think your offer through?" Well, at least she's treating this seriously.

"Mmm ... sure! What's today?" She looks oddly at you for a moment while you look up at the sky.

"... The 29th of March." You nod after a moment.

"Then you can have until the end of Friday," you say cheerfully. She nods thoughtfully.

"Thank you .... I could also show you where some othe-!" She gasps in pain as you squeeze her left arm, snapping bones as you glare at her. She probably never saw you move.

"Let me clarify something for you. This would be so I don't have to waste my time fighting weak little youkai every time I see one. If you know where everything is hiding out, great - tell the Miki girl, or deal with them yourself. I'm not your attack dog. If you try to make me deal with something, and it's not worth my time, I shall be very unhappy. Do you understand?" She nods slowly, and you release her arm and wave, smiling happily. "Then I'll see you by Friday! Take care!" You walk toward the tunnels you've been using, wondering what she will decide.

The echoing of voices wakes you up, and you stretch your wings as much as the cramped nook will allow. Someone's here! ... In the middle of the day, three people, whispering to each other.

"You're sure she's supposed to be here? I'm not picking up anything except rodents ...."

"It's what Kyubey said. You know he doesn't lie."

"Doesn't mean he's always right, though ...." The first voice again. You really wish you could see them, but they haven't actually entered the tunnel yet. And you're not about to walk outside just yet. "And I still say we should have brought a stake with us. Whether she really is a vampire, or just an insane magical girl who thinks she's one, a stake through the heart is definitely going to put her down."

"Would've been nice if we could have gotten either of the locals to bother helping us out, though; a magical girl killing people is bad enough. Someone getting caught doing it, and the video plastered all over the net - that's a major problem for everyone." You almost change back to your regular form, but freeze when you remember something: Kyouko could communicate with Mami without talking. Why aren't these three? They walk into the room just as you crawl toward the edge of the nook, and you squeak as a beam of light centers itself on you. "Ah-ha!" The tallest girl yells in triumph before the beam moves away from you.

"Oh, calm down Satsuki - it's just a bat. Leave it alone." The first girl, who has very long hair, almost as long as Meiling's. The tall girl looks over at her.

"Huh? I thought you said there were only rodents around?"

"Yeah ...?" You crawl to the ledge, wondering just what you should do. You're not sure what lone bats are supposed to do!

"... Momo, bats aren't rodents. They're in a completely different order." The third girl ... you can't really see. How strange! "But it looks like our target's not here right now, so what should we do? Wait for her to come back, ambush her? Go hunting? Leave and come back some other time?"

You hardly know what to think! You haven't even been here a week, and already you have would-be vampire hunters after you! You almost can't hold back the laughter. Of course, it would be better if they were actually competent hunters - if they knew what they were doing, they'd be very polite, come at night, and explain things. That's what the hunters who were after Remilia always did. Sometimes she even let them live! Coming during the day, that's just rude.

What do you do? (It is currently Thursday, early Afternoon.)

-[X]-Booo~rrring. You just got a maid so you wouldn't have to deal with the trash. Good help is never around when you need it.
--[X]-Fly closer as a bat and see if you can overhear anything interesting.
---[X]- Make spooky noises in the dark until they freak out and leave.

I'm too tiered to put it to write in, but anyone wanna try trapping these guys down here? Put a boulder over the entrance only a bat could squeeze though or somethinf. Watching them slowly lose it and turn on each other could be fun, we could interrogate them, and if any of them are magical girls and witch out we could experiment and arm our Sayaka witch bomb.

Why is kyubey telling magical girls to hunt us.:wtf:

Because the little carbuncle is something of a dick.

He's probably either curious about our abilities, or wants to make sure we keep out of his system (given that we've no incentive to put anything back into it, and pose a rather serious threat to just about any Witch available).

Unfortunately, the funny thing about magical girls is that they can have such delightfully bullshit powers, like mind control (there's a case of this in one of the Oriko mangas, not the original one but I believe a spin-off or sequel) or the classic time-stop . . . so until we get to see what these ones do, there's a very high chance that they might end up having something particularly nasty that we don't want to tangle with, and instead would rather just 'kyuu'.

(Also, erm, to those who're saying 'you just got a maid', in-game it's Thursday; Homura's not yet given a yea or nay on being our maid. Now'd be an excellent time for her to say 'yea' so that we can have a bit of backup just-in-case, but she's not our Sakuya just yet.)

What can a magical girl do to us. And how is Flandre react to madoka can be
the most powerful magical girl/witch in history, because the OP did said that Flandre sensed two incredible magical sources. And like you said Flandre is insane but she not dumb.

What can a magical girl do to us.
Imagine a couple hypothetical scenarios, if you will:

A magical girl who wished to be able to garden indoors. The result? They can now produce instant sunshine.
A magical girl who wished that she wasn't the weakest kid on the block anymore. The result? Either a power that scales her up in relation to the strongest person in the area, or that lets her scale down others in relation to her own power.

And, for a less-hypothetical and more actual scenario, there's the aforementioned mind-control meguca -- Sasa Yuuki, whose wish was "To force absolute obedience on those who are better than me." So, while I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that she's not in this party on the assumption that our 3rd girl has an invisibility power or somesuch, let's just keep her in mind as an example of just 'what can a magical girl do to' Flan.

Magical girls, if we don't know what they wished or what their power is, could have any particular power we can think of, including ones that might rather greatly inconvenience us.

Aaaaand that brings to mind a question. @Entropy Judge, is Leviathan a Flaming wand? Or is it a wand that shoots/manipulates flame?

Also, I can't see any real way Flandere would have to get Electrokinesis to her skill set.

Err, not Leviathan, Laevateinn. The former's a beast God had to reduce to a one-off, the latter's a wand (or sword; which it is is somewhat nebulous as seen here, but Flan's is rather clearly mostly-wand) that might be the one that gets used by Surt to burn the majority of the world during Ragnarok and whatnot.

Still, given Laevateinn's nature, it would be very nice for a rundown on just what exactly it means for Flan in-quest; if I remember right in its Spell Card they do play around with the whole sword angle.

(Also, again, people, Homura's not yet our maid! It's Thursday in-game, and Flan gave her 'til Friday to decide.)

[X] Wait for them to leave.

Someone already spotted us in that party, so I'm not about to suggest us nodding off in case they put two and two together, but fighting right away isn't exactly ideal either. Not sure what course of action to suggest instead of it, though.

Laevateinn is an iron wand, just under a meter in length, shaped a bit like a twisted clock hand - it is, however, corkscrewed, not 'wavy' like in this image. She has no compunctions about using the wand itself as a melee weapon. The only special ability it has that she knows is that it can, if someone sends power 'through' it, emit a column/blade/vortex of supernatural flame. Flandre prefers to 'set' her blades at ~15 meters - this is because unless she specifically concentrates on how much power she's pouring into it, the blade 'flickers,' and can increase or decrease in length by 1-2 meters. Width increases as length does as well, but more slowly; the longest blade Flan can control effectively is 20 meters long, and the blade is about a meter across. The longest blade she can maintain is 80 meters long (the blade is ~3 meters across), but this is very difficult; the longest she knows the blade can extend is one hundred meters, but the time that happened she passed out because Laevateinn 'surged' and consumed all of her power.
