This Homura isn't devil Homura YET. Sure she is no Moemura but she still is sane enough to be reasoned with-again kinda like Remalia. So it is possible to become ally with her without any backstabbing.

Also why would Flan CARE about Madoka becoming most powerful magical girl since in her eyes she is just a "human magician." and NOT a "Yokai" Also I doubt Homura will let this info slip since she never let this info slip to anyone in cannon PMMM. ( Oriko dose NOT count since she found it by her self due to her wish.)

Actually, the lessons Flan has been intentionally failing have been actual etiquette rather than politics - table settings, who sits where, how to speak properly to your inferiors and Those Who Are Almost As Superior As You, and so on.
The 'Dealing With Others' lessons she learned long ago:

Part of it is that Mami, Sayaka, and Kyouko would provide more of a buffer against Madoka needing to form a contract, but yes, Homura does still care about the well-being of her acquaintances. She doesn't consider them disposable or troublesome - and the reason Flan is currently going viral is because Homura was making sure Sayaka got home safely and wasn't in immediate danger of Witching out.
Kyouko was only attacked once. Apart from that, though, Flandre has been incredibly above-board about her motives.
I feel compelled to point out that when Flandre first arrived, there were two incredibly powerful magical signatures she noticed.

Kyoko and Mami weren't exactly saints, and there are magical girls out there up to some messed up shit. Watching everyone die again and again and again has probably desensitized her so she doesn't go out of her way to kill inconveniences and makes some effort to help, but doesn't shed a tear when deaths their happen.
Homura's had plenty of time to watch us in action and although we offed her cannon fodder, still realize we're powerful enough to make her dreams come true, so I doubt she's going to start shooting if negotiations hit a speed bump. If her stupid ass tries to backstab the super vampire after we broker a deal, we'll reward her as a suicidal traitor deserves.
