[X] Ignore the woman, head straight for the College.

Flandre's getting pretty worried about Lutecia, I don't see Flandre hanging around to have a chat with her.

I'm open to better ideas on what to talk to the woman about before eating her.

[X] Take dragon to back to college.

Maybe dragon blood can give better results than human blood and it a better souvenir than anything you seen in skyrim so far. It will probably have the additional effect off quelling any doubts about your competency.

Mr OP is this in line with flandres thinking?

@Sivuel Would you mind clarifying what Flan's intention is? Why would she ask this person about herself and Lutecia, and what is she hoping or expecting to learn? The only outright problem with your vote is that, should the woman introduce herself, Flan will feel she has to introduce herself as well.

Mmm ... first off, while Flan can carry the dragon's corpse back to the College by herself, it's still a great big heavy dragon corpse, and will slow her down and drain more energy. If, when talking about 'results' you mean that it provides greater energy for her than human blood, then there's a bit of a problem, because the time between 'removal' and 'use' affects how much energy something's blood gives her - she can use frozen blood from a blood bank, but it's not as good as fresh human blood, for example - and she noticed the drop in power simply from a few moments away. Finally, the question about 'competency' doesn't make sense: the College knows she's competent, and they're (quite rightfully) terrified of her; and it won't affect her standing with Remilia, because killing things hasn't been something she's had any real problems with. Not to mention that this particular dragon wasn't a difficult challenge in terms of dragon fights she's had.

All that said, Flan would drag a dragon's corpse back to the College, because dragon bits tend to be useful in all sorts of applications. They do also tend to make for nice souvenirs.

Flandre is anxious about Lucretia not responding, so if something big happened at the college (Dragon, Stormcloaks, Daedra) or something quite (bad experiments involving Lu), there's an off-chance the woman might have heard about it. I'm sure that made more sense in my head. Sorry.

Likely no time to carry a dragon back then.

There's no reason not to drain the woman before going back (unless we want to keep her alive for some reason), and there's no reason not to ask her some questions before doing that.

We've supposedly learned our lesson about getting into a panic when we don't know that something's actually wrong, so taking the time to bring the dragon with us is okay, but we might as well top up on blood and try to get rid of this headache while we still have the chance, just in case.

Because Lucetia probably doesn't like us killing random people and more importantly we don't know who might be watching currently.
I doubt she is the only person here.
I think we might know her as well.

Lutecia is probably used to it by now, and she doesn't need to find out anyway. We're in the middle of nowhere, so while not impossible, witnesses are unlikely. In fact, hmm... To the wiki!

The "massive statue you saw from the road on the way in - a woman holding a stylized sun and moon" means that we're at the shrine of Azura, and that this is probably Aranea Ienith, a priestess of Azura. That suddenly makes talking to her much more interesting.

[X] Talk with the woman for a bit.
-[X] What brings you round these parts? Something quest related, by any chance?
-[X] I totally wasn't just about to eat you, by the way. I don't do that sort of thing.

You forgot this, 'q'.
Mentioning that we totally were not going to kill someone just makes Flandre look suspicious, Either we attempt to kill a representative of Azura, or we don't mention it at all.

[X] Remember the location, come back for the dragon later.

We are likely too drained to carry the dragon unless we drink the priestess, otherwise the headache wouldn't be mentioned and I think we have enough trouble about to hit us at some point, with The Globe of FUK DED THINGS going to be found(in addition to the other things), leading to the sword that is the manifestation of the remaining power of FUK DED herself. Likely one of the few major things that could kill us outside of Daedric Realms.
Headache might be influenced by Daedra McBackstabby having some sort of effect on us due to such close exposure to her artifact(ie stabbed).

I like this option set.

Huh. I probably meant that "sharp hunger". I'm not sure where else that might have come from.

If we leave the dragon then scavengers will come and steal all the good bits. We must haz hat!

Except that would likely get us in trouble with ANOTHER being that is at least clearly implied to be stronger than us/immune to breaking.

Oh you stopped asking to have her killed. Never mind. ALTHOUGH I do say, that suddenly contesting dragon slayer from the Dragon Born sounds quite..... dangerous also. Unless he's spamming smithing.

Dovahkiin is currently in a cave on Solstheim. That cave is filled with an enormous amount of every kind of smithing material in Skyrim and a forge, a triggered spike trap, and a respawning Master-level Locked Chest.
The dragon born is indefinitely indisposed. Besides, civvies punch dragons to death all the time. So long as he still gets the soul, he's probably cool with it.

I'm saying that carrying a dragon might be a bad idea if we are hungry/whatever. We need to refill our stock.
We can refill at any old person, and we still have our flask if it comes down to it. When's the next time we're going to come across a fresh dragon? lol

Lu had damn well better be getting stabbed to death right now.
