Properly animated. Where you can see the whole... like, the studio kinda skip half the manga content. Give me Chrono vs Father Remington duel, dammit! Or Magdalene helping Rosette back from (half) dead! Or that gun duel standoff!

Just like FMA Brotherhood!
I agree wholeheartedly.

Nero is the Emperor of Rome. She wouldn't know an innocent intention if it came riding up in a burning chariot cranking out a sick guitar solo.
I just figure most of the servants are engaging in debauchery somewhere off-screen like proper adults. A good fraction of them are degenerates on some level by modern standards.

-SNIP-

Anyway, on the topic of swimsuits, I sorta suspect that Ritsuka's gonna be the Master stuck on the island during the first summer event; he's running around trying to survive the most stressful "vacation" he's ever had, while Kana's at Chaldea wondering why all the Servants suddenly have swimsuits and weird classes.

If Ritsuka gets forced into summer event that means kana gets no summer vacation. The whole thing lasted like an hour real-time lol.

I just hope the summer servants are relegated to costume changes. imo, The idea that they change classes is stupid and at odds with the lore (game mechanics aside), but it actually meshes better if they're just using different weapons/skills that they already have. Martha is a perfect example. Narratively, Ritsuka doesn't summon her as a ruler. She comes to the island with him, puts her staff down, and punches shit for the duration. This applies to most of summer servants. Some of them are jokes, but some of them are just animation updates being monetized. Also Martha probably should've just been a ruler by default.

tl;dr gacha b.s. should be separate from the narrative, at least for the serious bits, imo. Rant done, all opinion, sorry for clogging up thread.

Considering how little work she really does...
Based on the lostroom ova, protagonist gets treated like an assistant anyways in terms of general tasks. What Kana does is up to swordomatic, but...

I'd argue that any GUDA's primary JOB in Chaldea (fanfic or otherwise) is interacting with the servants and prepping for deployment. Maybe material organization.

...it's kinda b.s. that most of the military-oriented servants don't help strategize more. Most of them would make better tacticians during deployments than Roman, no offense. @Swordomatic actually addressed this though with Waver.

You know I'm with the Hun: delet umu.

Good civilization will result.
That'll just make Nero come to Chaldea faster. Also she'll regret deleting one of her moms if she regains her Extella memories.

Also the singularity will kill humanity. That's also a thing.

...that said, @Swordomatic I wonder if Nero plays KanColle in her spare time at Chaldea, while Liz is a Dragon Quest nerd?

How about this, though?

Ruler!Artoria > Assassin!Shishou == Assassin!DAISHOURI == Lancer!Mikon > Berserker!MUSAshi == Berserker!Jalter > Caster!UMU == Archer!Jeanne (1st + 2nd Ascensions only) > Archer!Okkie == Lancer!Kiyo > Lancer!AraAra > Berserker!Nobu > Saber!THOT >>>>> Archer!Jeanne (those disgusting 3rd + final Ascension(s)).

Leaving out several, including Summer!Nito, Archer!Artoria and Maid!Alter, whom I don't have opinions of at this time (3 wacky 5 me, pretty much).

I was being facetious, but yeah, point. A lot of the cast should be more pro-active, but that would change the feel of the story. I've always had it in my mind that the servants and humans were much more involved offscreen.

I was under the impression that Ritsuka tries to delegate offload some of his workload to her (and Mash?), but Kana rather 'inconveniently' disappears into the Gate of Babylon for days-to-weeks at a time.

Gilgamesh trolling Ritsuka in one more way, and/or Kana being that desparate to avoid any and all semblances of paperwork?

Off-screen the Casters are busy developing Chaldea and scrying for the next Singularity or micro-Singularities, the various Servants are raiding those micro-Singularities for resources or preparing for war, and those with worthwhile skills strategise and make plans for the various Servant rosters. Archer also cooks and runs a bar, While Marie helps run errands. Waver is basically on the command staff (a special consultant like Leo) and teaches magecraft to the twins on the side - which is actually the topic of Chapter 14, because with Case Files out on anime I have a better idea of how the curriculum works.

The only people who don't do anything are Gilgamesh, who considers his presence a well-deserved holiday, and Stheno, who is a Goddess.

Meanwhile Ritsuka manages administrative affairs with Roman when he isn't planning for the next Singularity, and Kana handles the Servants and deals with their drama when she isn't planning for the next Singularity.

So they trust people like Nobu to go run raids unsupervised without making the situation worse?
