If we want to be nitpicky with jokes and linguistics, i'll point that it it's unlikely they are speaking things like 'goddamn' in the first place. I don't think Japanese have expressions like that
But then the joke won't work and swordo have to run around trying to find alternative English expressions and the chapter will got delayed further and we lost one chance for inane quibble
Pretty sure it is for the Christian too. But also pretty sure it is not relevant as an objection either. I've seen instance of similiar objection by Christian characters in other fictions.

So, I honestly can't recall if this has been mentioned but are the events gonna be a thing in this story? I'm talking about Halloween, Nerofest, etc.
Cause I'm sure Saber Wars is probably gonna raise quite a few questions. Chaldea is a global organization and Rin went to school in London. The Tohsaka twins probably speak English, or at least speak English on the job for Roman's sake. Honestly if the dialogue wasn't so obviously rife with Japanisms like Senpai (though this could be Mash being weird because Roman is a GIGANTIC WEEB and didn't teach her properly), I'd assume everyone was speaking English the whole time simply by context.

Well, yes, but it was only mentioned to be a code word for running into a saberface.
Which would make it even more hilarious, since that means that, to the twins, MHX would be the equivalent of DelightWorks adding an event Servant that was literally named Saberface.
The only way that could be better was if the characters started wondering if they were somehow responsible for MHX's existance as a servant.

Mashu and Roman are fluent in Japanese, Mashu because she's a Demi-Servant now and benefits from Grail hax, Roman because he's a legitimate gigantic weeaboo. She may have used senpai from the start though.
The Twins are fluent in english, and very fluent in it because Rin refuses to have them be laughed at for proper pronunciation. They don't stumble over Ls and Rs, for instance. Probably helps that Saber is omnilingual because of Grail hax. Also helps that Shirou is a lawyer, which practically necessitates fluency in english. Aaaaand that Taiga is around to be nitpicky about pronunciation.
And that Saber wouldn't want them butchering her native (sort of) tongue.

Also Saber didn't speak English, she spoke Bretonnian, the precursor to modern Welsh. English is the language of the Anglo-Saxons, who she spent her entire life fighting.

I thought she spoke Brythonic? And since Artoria was a Romanized Briton ruling over the former Provincia Britannia, she possibly spoke and wrote Latin, or at least a Latin dialect.
Oh yeah, Roman would wouldn't he... otherwise he wouldn't be able to follow the blogs and twitters of his favorite idols in their native language!

Yeah, pretty much. Chaldea uses English primarily. Ritsuka and Kana, as bilingual siblings, tend to use both. Mostly Japanese, because that's what they used growing up and at home, but even at home they sprinkle english into their speech.
