Lorgar can teach the admech rituals but more on the limitations if it gets chosen.

Also Lorgar does not want to learn Enuncia as it will cause him to explode. There was a reason why that Thousand Son and Space Wolf Marines respectively learned it but both Magnus, Russ and even the Emperor and Malcador did not, the latter two going as far as stamping it out when the people tried to build the Tower of Bable.

Only Enuncia is restricted. You can teach everything else.

No. One time deal.

Same. One time deal.
WHy would they agree to this? I do not see what is in it for them?

He is already getting all of what he wanted. So why would he accept this?
okay thanks for the info i'm gonna go edit my plan now

Edit:
also gender of Milhand?

Is it possible to reconfigure image or mythos of A God by highlighting certain aspects of a God while reducing importance of certain aspects? Will such widespread belief not overall change nature of the God or at least enhance certain aspects of same God?

You do not know this IC. But with sorcery? Yes. Doing it will be thd challenge though.

Does Lorgar need to read more scripture related to machine God to get true understanding regarding the God? Maybe that way he can streamline the Theology and Dogma?

[X] Plan: Do we have a Deal? would you shake this poor Exalted's Hand?
-[X] Teach the Archmagos the root language from the charm.
--[X] In return you get a favor, to be called in later, once you become an interstellar power.
-[X] Translate Enuncia.
--[X] You translate what few words of Enuncia that the Archmagos knows. The knowledge gained about the language and the words are the payment. There is a restriction from teaching this to anyone for 1000 years unless you learn it independently.
-[X] Lorgar will build up on the faith of the Mechanicus and crystalize them into miracles.
--[X] This is the equivalent of using Miracles from True Faith but on the Mechanicus faith rather than true faith. More on this if you pick this option, but this is an extremely streamlined and improved version of what the Emperor used to subdue Mars by usurping their technology. Expect Mars to be very unhappy with this being spread around when they find out. In return you get an alliance with Milhand if the Archmagos succeeds in his goals of becoming the Fabricator-General.
-[X] Offer the Savant Background to up to 7 students of the Archmagos.
--[X] You turn seven Magos into Archmagos of various specializations. The Archmagos gains a copy of all the information that he will put in a faraday cage for later, careful study. You get that many Archmagos to join your tribe. Their loyalty is up in the year after the one year of loyal service you will demand of them but Lorgar is confident he can gain their loyalty.
-[X] Offer to elevate the Archmagos's selected people into Sorcerers.
--[X] As it says, make the Archmagos lvl 5 Sorcerors and he will provide a basic workshop that can produce technology. This is basic tech of an Interstellar civilization.

Honestly? Offering all of this seems fine? Plus like, fuck Mars and it's idiocy, at least some of the outer forge worlds actually learn new things if we must allow the toaster fuckers to exist.

agreed the less power mars has the better, as this would mean there is no central orthodoxy to hold the Mechanicum together, the more independent the forge worlds are and less control the Mechnicum would have on humanity's technology plus the less power anyone Fabricator general has over the Mechnicum due to the forge worlds being more independent than the less damaging something like the Mechnicum civil war can be

Genuinely magical mechanicus
Later 40k already plays with animism and "it is not just AI pretending to fool dumb priests, and Mechanicus are not just completely idiots" concepts, but just straight up pushing them into technomagic territory sounds... fun.

...Although, "plays with" is somewhat of an understatement.

While Russ and Mortarion's hatred towards Fan Morgal and presumably Lorgar is all but locked, what will the other Primarchs make of them, with all these developments?

There is once again great potential for friendship and collaboration with Magnus and his Legion.

Hm, aside from Magnus, it is uncertain how many others would be more than distant or indifferent towards Lorgar.

One is very curious to see how Guilliman will react to Lorgar and Fan Morgal, considering what would have happened canonically, Monarchia and all.

Russ did not hate sorcery so much as demon dealings. Which was hypocritical given the daemon pits in Fenris.

So he would give Fan a fair chance. Lorgar casts through faith than int so he is a different case.

Presumably they know this instinctively, so we can't use a written lesson in Enuncia as a trojan horse to get Primarchs we don't like to blow up.

Anyway, knowing that we could use Enuncia without exploding is... very good.

Sadly, there isn't a whole lot of info on it, other than lots of typical 40k hype that might or might not amount to something. We'll see, I suppose.

actually not so much Russ , for you see Russ own home world and legion had a shamanistic psyker tradition like the one our tribe and even the Khan's has in fact and he has no issues with those, his beef was with Magnus and the Thousand Sons themselves how they recklessly used their psyker powers, how the acted and behaved during the crusade and how Russ once saw a member of Thousands Sons legion succumb to the Flesh change and their legion's wide spread and reckless use of sorcery (Russ has a similarly negative opinion of sorcery as out tribe's shamen and elders), as long as the Legion mainlines spirit shamanism and True Faith while keeping the sorcery highly regulated to specific things/situations that can't be done without otherwise and in case of emergency break glass kind of use , Russ won't have much reason to growl at us

mind you, your spot on about Mortarion though he will hate us and want us to die in fire just for being a psyker alone never mind anything else

True Faith and faith based magic is very noticeably different from psyker powers and Sorcery.

A Primarch, even one not awakened, will notice the difference. Not that Morty will care.
