Take good care of yourself bro. Don't force yourself, inspiration will come at its own pace and we can't force it. Your well-beingcome first.

Notice: Still on hold
Not an update. This quest is still on indefinite hold. I may come back to if my muse cooperates with me on this but for now, I am starting a new quest as I got inspired and wanted to see what it would be like to be on the receiving end of an Infernal's wish charm.

This is NOT an exalted cross, just so you know.

The Weight of Loss

The world has never been fair. You, Greg Veder, have known that for a long time, but today, it made sure you wouldn't forget. Your father is dead. Your mother is a ghost in the next room, lost in her grief. And you? You're sitting in the quiet, staring at a book that shouldn't exist, filled...

Notice: Reboot is up New
Hi all. This is an update. After a month of going through my notes and trying to get things back on track, I realized that things escalated much too fast. There are points that I absolutely loved, like Rolling Settra, but I have to admit that things went too fast and I was left scrambling.

It made it very hard for me to update as my initial rolls were too slanted one way or another. So thinking hard, I think the best thing I can do is to reboot the Quest.

The new quest will not be toned down, you can still achieve all that you did in this quest there as well, but you will need to put in a lot more effort if you want to do so. Also expect it to be as crazy as this quest.

I am also opening up the other Primarches as well, baring a few I do not think I can do justice to, such as Horus, Guiliman, etc. Lorgar is off the list, both for a story perspective and because I do not want to rewrite what I already did here.

Echoes from beyond the Well (30K/Exalted) Crossover

In the forgotten silence of a world yet unnamed, beneath skies unclaimed and stars without titles, before legends are born, before the bloodlines of the Emperor's sons touch this land, something ancient stirs. You are no hero. You are no chosen one. You are no one........until the moment you...

So this won't continue anymore? I really wanted to see this continue.

How wss the emperor gonna react to us and to how we had influenced Logar?
This is being covered in the new Quest, but given the visions of Canon Lorgar, and given that Echo Lorgar was walking the path of the Anathema, a bit of Pride, relief and Worry.

It would have been tied a lot in how he deals with you, which I do not want to spoil as I am keeping those notes for the new Quest.

But Proud, worried and relief, would be the best way to describe it. Provided you did not achieve anything more crazy, given the active Worldspirit.
Also to answer your question from earlier, Lorgar had almost unlocked the Philosopher. The Sunworshipers pushed it up and he just needed one more win, even a minor one to get it.

What would this version of Monarchia be like? The city, not the family fallout, though if the lead-up to its creation is interesting, I'd like to hear.

Like, could it be influenced by Lorgar's reaction to the Imperial Truth?

Honestly, Monarchia may very well be a footnote. One of many.

You were well on your way to creating the 100 worlds of Ultramar and that experience would have helped Lorgar with Delegating. So he would not have facused on one "Perfect" city but a central world that acted as a Capital for the surrounding worlds. Colchis would have been the capital for your version of the 100 Worlds of Ultramar, and given that Monarchia is near Colchis, at best it would have been a port World or a important travel node or Fleet World.

But much of that was dependent on how you built up the 100 worlds of Colchis.

How does he get along with the other Primcarchs?

For whatever reason, I imagined Ferrus getting along with Lorgar's foster father thanks to his crafting prowess and rag-to-riches progression.

Lorgar was very charismatic in Canon and got along well with most. Here? Difficult to say as you had yet to complete the 100 Worlds, but assuming you did?

Guilliman: Got along well. Lorgar would have sought him out to help with the Bureaucracy, and they would have bonded.

Horus: Got along well. Lorgar calling Fan dad would have helped Horus tone down the jealousy, though it would be there, since Lorgar was nearly fully awakened and had the Emperor's attention.

Russ: A Heaven Thunder Hammer to the face and they would have gotten along well.

Magnus: Mostly got along well, though unrestricted Sorcery would be a sticking point. Lorgar is very anti-daemon. But the Spirit charms from the Mechanicus and Faith "Magic" would go a long way in convincing him.

Ferrus and Fulgrum: Reasonably well, if a bit distant. Fulgrum in particular would feel insecure but Ferrus would ask help in fixing the ring of iron in his planet.

Mortarion:......Yeah. This would not go well.

Angron: They get along well, especially if Lorgar removes the nails.

Sanguinious: They get along well. Sangy would ask Lorgar help in building up his world and curing Mutants. Depending on how it goes, he may or may not reveal the flaw.

The others: Get along well if a bit distant.

Yeah Morty is pretty much impossible to get along with. If you have even the slightest hint of magic he hates your guts…although I sometimes wonder if one of the Primarchs had some ability based on inner power like martial arts type chi if he would be ok with it. On a side note Konrad probably would've been so confused if he looked at Lorgar because his visions wouldn't be even close to matching what was going on…which would probably have helped him mentally by shaking him out of his fatalism.

before i vote in the new quest, i might as well ask my question here

will the lorgar in the new quest be like Canon Lorgar, or an anathema Lorgar that was influenced had visons of a potential future he seen (AKA has seen this quest as visions)?

I imagined that at most, it might be a model city for Lorgar or one of his civilian underlings to expand Colchis's prosperity and philosophies to the wider Imperium, and much like the original, as a protest project to the forcefulness of the Imperial Truth but with less "Can't you see you're God" and more "The Imperial Truth blinds us to the tools needed to battle Chaos and improve our understanding of the Immaterium".
