Actually, this is probably one of Damon's "nicer" qualities, if only to make him look better than most of the other non-shipgirl characters.

Looks like the next few chapters will be more slice-of-life stuff in New Chicago. Also Damon gets the brilliant idea to send the whole fleet at once to a bathhouse after midnight. Keep in mind, the whole fleet consists of over hundred people now.

the latest chapter is up...

and apparently Asashimo LARPing Assassin's Creed a bit too much...
she got the general gear and equipment similar to the assassins, except for the color....
and caused some robberies and deaths within the area.


and Shigure's on HEAT.... -_-"

and got trolled badly by Jennie.

which made her go BSOD.....

I just had a crazy idea about Ambience's backstory, what if takes place in the same universe as Spec-ops the line?

Think about it. The world economy is already in downtown thanks to the destruction of Dubai. After the crimes of the 33rd are made public, despite the best efforts of the CIA, tensions between the US and the Middle East reach an all time high, with Iran continuing its nuclear weapons program under the pretext of preventing American intervention.

While I will admit its a flimsy excuse for World war 3, at least its better then what we got from Ambience.
 
Hey everyone.

As you might notice, there has been a lack of Lets Reading of Ambiance since the latest part. Well, we have a reason for that.

First thing first, De3ta, and by extension me and some other is pretty much burned out from the reading session. Yes, we did make Hakyuu replacing some stuff at the very early chapter (to a certain Tvtropes user and editor displeasure) and getting us noticed by well, Hakyuu and his reviewers, but we all simply need a lil' break.

But even still, De3ta did promised other LR as well, like his (currently planned) LR of Greatest Generation and other fic that he finds on the net sometimes in the future.

In the end, what we give to Hakyuu at the moment is a false sense of victory, seeing that De3ta decided to stop reading and insulting his work. But know this, when we are done with our break, and when De3ta and us is ready for another round of Masochistic reading goodness, we will get back to Ambiance again.

While I agree with why everyone else thinks this is terrible, it's also terrible because he's basically copying Shigure porn which recently appeared on Danbooru.

In other words, he's so much a hack that this isn't even original terribleness.

the latest chapter got the girls who's interested to Damon tried to take a sneak peek at him.

too bad it fails...

although Damon to a good look at Umikaze and Naganami's plots of land.... when the girls broke the bath's divider.

I've seen enough hentai to have a sneaking suspicion which Shigure porn you're talking about.
 
This isn't the first time he's done something like this to Shigu. Ambiance: Platoon's main character, Kevinson, hooks up with her and Samidare after he blows up the main Abyssal base. Thankfully it's not shown.

almost ala Negima style harem.... with Damon knows that if he knock one of those who are interested with him... will send a snowball effect...

leaving him drained..... no matter how good his stamina is.....


and with half or more of his fleet on maternal leave if they switch on the pregnancy lever.... -_-"
