That is suspicously specific. Is there something you have to confess Rancher?:V

And thus the first global ShippingTM war began. The fight between the Stewards and the Victorians was reported to be so fierce that no abyssal dared to disturb the shores of the world while the conflict raged. All methods were fair in love and war and especially in a war of love.

If it fits, it ships

'Laska has nothing to worry about...Cameron worships her and only has eyes for her. Frisco and Lou see that, I think...I don't think they'd try anything like that.

Hope we see some new summons soon!

Hey, a new Zoomies post too! We must be living right!
Glad you enjoyed it! :D

Hindy, my friend, you might want to avoid that as a dinner topic if you ever meet the Pennsylvania sisters. Unless you just enjoy dodging 14" shells. They probably won't have as objective a view as you do.
Thankfully Hindy has a few brain cells that actually work and will keep her big hydrogen filled mouth firmly shut on the matter!

Oh don't worry. Texas and Atago will welcome them. Get them some nice barracks, some barbecue, some homemade cornbread. Then tie them up and stuff em in the trunk of a Cadillac Eldorado, because no one, not even the Royal Navy, is going to interfere with Operation: Get Mom Laid.
Victorious: Oh come on! At least drop me off somewhere fun. Like Vegas!
Combined Admiralty: NO!!!! NOT VEGAS!
Iku: I can sneek you in, for a price~
Admirals Goto and Williams (aka: poor saps who deal with MSSB/shipgirl antics): *both groan and go through a generous helping of their respective alcohol stashes*

Akron and Naka need to meet. See who has the most followers. Naka might have her ears bleed from Akron's singing. From what I remember she has a nice voice, but could not remember the lyrics of any song for the life of her.

I probably missed an inside joke, but why would the Brits interfere with Stewart and Sara's er relationship?

And as usual nice floofy day to day antics are always welcome.

Jintsu would feel another great disturbance in the force if they meet. :D

Victorious and Sara served together in the Pacific when the former was loaned to the USN in 1943.

Akron has a spectacular voice if she remembers the words and puts her heart into it. If she's just humming half-forgotten songs to pass the time it's like listening to cats being strangled with rusty wire.

Makes sense. At that point she isn't really putting effort into it, so it isn't going to sound terribly good.

Maybe she and Naka, and perhaps Macon if she can sing too, could do a few joint recordings for propaganda and morale purposes?

Maybe with New Jersey as the fourth singer? She has been described in-story as having a pretty sweet contralto singing voice.

Naka: Hello!

Akron: Hello!

Macon: Hello!

Big J: 'Sup, fuckers?

I was thinking of Akron, Macon, and Naka being a trio like the Andrews Sisters. But when we throw Jersey in, now we've got a show! In fact, if you throw in Musashi to sing the guys part with Jersey, they could cover "Anything You Can Do, I Can Do Better", which plays right into battleship mentality.

Kinda' does, doesn't it?

A thought occurs. Can two ship-girls get each other pregnant? I mean, Wash got Gale pregnant, so it seems to me the answer is likely yes, and that being so, it's possible Big J and Mu-mu might have a rude surprise or ten waiting in the near future.

Random observation there, just hit me suddenly.

Wanting a pregnancy seems to be necessary. Which is a good thing, because New Poisey and Mutiddy definitely don't have the emotional maturity for parenthood.

Part of me is sad at the lost potential comedy/drama, but part of me is infinitely happy no child will be subject to any Jersey/Musashi parenting.
