Note that this recorded speech of Kaiser Wilhelm's on August 6, 1914, does not specifically name Germany's enemies. Perhaps it could be played as a rallying call from the Kaiser to his girls (With some choice editing removing reference to Austria-Hungary for example.)

Wouldn't the spirits of any Warship from any nation would like to fight for the Freedom of Seas? So wouldn't a prayer or song along those lines also work for the Imperial German Spirits?

Was worth a thought, still their has to be something that could really make the Imperial German Ship Spirits come back.
Well, the man who has the final say is in the thread, so it's up to him if any of the shit we've thrown at the wall sticks.
EDIT:
Speaking of, thoughts so far?
Dammit I always get those mixed up!
Take a break from here, do some english practice. Your professors will give you hell over that if you do it regularly.

Thing is that the spirits of the Kriegsmarine are NOT returning to fight on the side of the Angels. So the appeal has to be to something that makes the spirits of the HSF distinctively different from everyone else.

It is strange since the WW2 German Navy was much less Nazi than the rest of the armed forces and did its best work in the spring of 1945 holding the Soviets to help the evacuation of Germans from the East but something poisoned their punch so to speak. Perhaps the later spirits feel themselves the abused and abandoned stepchildren of the Reich: At war with the Reichs enemies but not truly given their rightful honor by Germany. That honor is at least something the spirits of the HSF seemed to feel to the end. Not this abandonment.

I can certainly see that with the High Seas Fleet, they were fighting hard right to the end and were given the honor they deserved. Whereas the Kriegsmarine well, yeah, exactly what you said.

If one wants to get technical, two of the HSF girls have come back as well. It's just that Yavuz is The Turk and Breslau came back because she did. Because she's Pringles to Yavuz/Goeben's Bisko before (German) Pringles was a thing.

True but circumvented by the USS Prinz Eugen deal. She did not go back to Germany. I'm sensing spirits that are confused and looking for an out. Pringles found one. Others may be desperate enough to be lured by the Abyssals.

The HSF ships are more resistant to Abyssal persuasion than the Kriegsmarine girls because of the pride and value placed in them by their Kaiser. But they need an out.
