This post is in response to a Discord question, "What do the stat numbers mean, exactly?" I'll illustrate it using the kinds of people who'd have those stats. This only reflects individual ratings, not ratings that include advisors or outside assets. As time goes on and technology and knowledge advance, this scale may be subject to inflation.

~5: A normal person with a normal amount of ability.

~10: A trained professional or a very talented amateur.

~15: An experienced expert in their field or a world-class talent.

~20+: The top handful of people living in the world; only possible with both substantial talent and skill.

I hate that it makes learning our worst stat, but I suppose we can shore it up via Lucius Fox; having a high stewardship should let us take advantage of Wayne Enterprises' dominant position and we'd still be considered a "trained professional", which is good enough for me. Meanwhile, magic batman is less interesting to me than freedom fighter batman.
