Oh I was wondering where this wonderful quest went!

Welcome back and I hope you've been well! Looking forward to engaging more with your wonderful quest!
Will Azula learn that she, in fact, was abused as a child be learned this loop?
Let's see!

Considering we last left off with Azula being in her best mental headspace so far, she starts reflecting on their deeper family trauma, and the vote was to try and relate to Zuko?

I really hope the plotline is seen through. It's going to be interesting.

Yes! We can now answer that most important of questions. How can Zuko help Azula find the solution to the problem that is Zuko!?

My personal guess? Make every Loop as embarrassing for Mai as possible until she figures out a way to break them. Start by directing a stage play of her and Zuko's overly dramatic sob story from childhood until the last day of the loop, inventing an ever more vomit inducingly sappy ending with each loop. :V

This is the one where Azula faced down Iroh right? That scene haunted me, I'll definitely do a reread.

Let's not forget other grand revelations such as "Maybe Daddy's Not Very Good At This World-Domination Thing" and "You Know, I Don't Think I've Ever Actually Had A Full Conversation With The Avatar When I Wasn't Trying To Kill Him."
Didn't she actually join group Avatar for several months during one of the loops and decide that Aang was a complete wuss?

Joining the Gaang would require both Azula convincing the Gaang to accept their most driven and sadistic foe to join their ranks for... whatever reason, and for Azula to actually contemplate even pretending to defy her father while within fireball range. She ain't there yet.

As for having an informed opinion of Aang, I'm 95% sure that Azula has ALWAYS, in both speech and private thought, referred to him as "the Avatar", never as "Aang". He is the ever-constant foe of the Fire Nation, and while she may have managed to defeat him in some pre-quest loops, she will never dismiss him as "not a threat".
