Frankly, I don't see the point of trying to make her slip up any further. Her sudden change in personality is enough evidence.
From our first encounter with Ioselfka, we could say that she is not the type to push back when prodded, evident when she opened the door for Anderson when he gently assured her. IIRC, a bit apologetic about her measures too.
Right now? She's being unusually stubborn on keeping the door locked for no apparent and logical reason, and eager to shoo away Anderson.
Also, Re: Explosive bayonet choice.
It'll take to much time to chop or knife our way in through the door or wall. There's still a chance that the real Doctor might still be saved. Given time, the fake might take the doctor hostage or kill her just to spite us. An explosive bayonet, something just enough to blow the door off its hinges, will surprise the ever-living shit out of the fake and keep her from retaliating.

Yeah a Bible teleport would be much more useful. While it's not as bombastic, we can savor the look on fake Iosefka's face when we appear right in front of her. Besides, if the real Iosefka's still alive, she's still gonna need that door.
