Anderson Quest: Killing Vampires and Werewolves and Leprechauns (Hellsing/Bloodborne)

This is fucking ingenius since it doesn't give her a chance to come up with a bullshit answer. Not that we'd believe it anyway, but this is nice.
That's literally the next step of my plan. As I explained. In detail. The point of the post isn't to actually catch her, although if it does, it would be nice. I fully expect a bullshit positive answer that specifies nothing, since that's the most go-to bullshit answer there is for that question.

But considering the nature of the gift, offering no specifics should set off alarm bells in Anderson's head, leading directly to your plan.

Do you keep track of book titles in your mind when you are in someone else's place? Or of the trinkets that they have?
@mithril-blade

You were being sarcastic, right?

Because keeping track of books you might want to borrow is something people totally do in a world without TVs or other forms of entertainment, and it's something I do every time i go to someone else's house

Sometimes I dont necessarily ask, but considering it let me enjoy that Collector's Edition of Garden of the Moon, I feel that the guy forgave me when i gave it back to him

I think the real question is whether or not the fake has ever been in the clinic before. Also do we even know where the real one actually put the stuff we gave her?

If the answer to "and you do this to all the books they have?" is ""only the ones that interest me" then your experience does not figure into this.

You can remember every single one?o_O

And whether the bible and cross are recognizably something that Anderson, specifically, gave - so asking if something general ('did that thing I gave you help?') would be better for rooting out any fakes than asking about specifics ('the Bible and cross').

-[x] "Oh come on, lass, nothing's changed. This isn't the first time I've handed ya stuff through the barricade. I mean, you still have what I gave ya, right? What did you think of it? Was it any help in these dark times?"

I remember the books, all of them

Walking off with "all the ones that interest me" is kinda difficult to do.

People would notice me trying to make off with their bookshelf right in front of them :V

Right-o.

Well, TehChron, it is with great and undeniable regret that I have to tell you that you are not normal. Your subjective experience of reality marks you forever as an abnormal freak of nature who remembers all the book titles.

But thanks to you telling us this facet of your life, we can send the mutant pogroms help to help you cope.

Is there any evidence in the game that our fake here is the same?

She is an crazy bitch running human to abomination experimentation singlemindedly.
She would be more prone to throwing it away without even looking at it once its clear that its useless to her.

And now I am being consoled by the abomination. Truly, this is a low point in my life.:(

Well then, let's get back to the topic and ignore TehChron on account of him being an inhuman sin against God and nature.

How should we break into the house if and when we find out the fake for what she is. And, also, is there any chance that the good doctor is alive?

Wait a tick.

When you first met her, she opened the door so you could see each other's faces. Sure, you've taken some blows to the head tonight, but you remember that quite distinctly. Something's fucky.

"Oh come on, lass, nothing's changed. This isn't the first time I've handed ya stuff through the barricade. I mean, ye still have what I gave ya, right? What did you think of it? Was it any help in these dark times?"

"I must admit, Father, I've been rather busy getting this portion of the clinic ready for any additional patients. I haven't had time to properly partake of your gift."

"Wait, have ye actually had any patients since I was here? And how didja manage to find time to clean up this mess here and work on shit back there?"

"I would not call myself a doctor if I did not know how to work efficiently, Father Anderson. And while I have not had a patient since we last spoke, I am well aware of the casualties such nights as this tend to produce and am preparing for them in advance."

Oh, she's good.

"Ye still haven't told me why ye won't open the door for me now when ye did earlier."

"I acted on impulse earlier, but I cannot risk becoming incapacitated when there are many who may require my expertise later this night."

What little you can decipher of her tone through her makeshift bulwark hints at frustration. Your cross-examination does not appear to be a welcome development.

"I understand your suspicion, Father, but on my honor as a woman of medicine, I am telling the truth. Now, I still have several beds to prepare. Good luck, and don't forget to tell any survivors you find about the clinic."
