I maintain that no one should be able to figure out how Anderson's sleeves work.
Ebrietas didn't, so hopefully the Moon Presence doesn't either.

Let's wait to make a decision on what to do with the Sword until we've got some more information. It doesn't seem like it can actively mindscrew people, it just offers guidance.

Right now I'm leaning toward using it as Ludwig('s giant horse head's) gravestone, possibly in the Hunters' Dream, but if it seems convincingly well-intentioned or malicious, that could change. Remember what happened with Ebrietas.

That, and I'm really interested in how everyone reacts to it, especially Gherman. And what the latter can do with it.

Plus, if it can increase our combat capabilities, well...if we're going all the way to the end of the road in this Nightmare, probably gonna need it. Or at least really really want it.

I kinda wonder...

Orphan of Kos essentially climbs out of the womb as we approach. It is easily parry able because it is strong but unskilled. It is harder to parry it in second phase...

So it will pick up skills of a hunter super fast? The fight getting harder and harder? Interesting

That's the scariest thing about the Orphan. It's only a newborn baby and it's still one of the toughest and most powerful beings in the entirety of Bloodborne. And it only gets stronger, even during the fight. Best that you find it in that state, because imagine what it'd be like when it grows up?
