Anderson Quest: Killing Vampires and Werewolves and Leprechauns (Hellsing/Bloodborne)

Can we try performing an exorcism on her? Willing host or not, stopping her transformation would be an excellent chance to prove who has the more awesome God, and possibly gain a dozen or two combat-capable converts.
I don't know. I figured appealing to her own spirit would be more gauranteed, since we can't be sure that the influence of the Old Blood is anything like demon possession.

[] "None of that heathen fuckery here, thank you very much."
-[] Put up a ward directly on Amelia's flesh to hopefully stop her from turning into a Great Ape being possessed by a blood demon or whatever hideous shit the Church has gotten up to with her.
-[] Bayonet the old dude right in the sinuses.

Fuck it. Don't know if this'll work, but it's worth a shot. Nobody deserves being turned into a beast.

Well... frankly I'm starting to doubt what to do.
CAN she fight this off on her own?

The question is more whether she actually wants to. The only thing I can really think of is pulling Alucard's 'becoming a monster isn't worth it no matter how good of an idea it might seem' thing, but I'm not sure Abridged Anderson would do something like that, or whether it would even be effective on Amelia.

Could be worth a shot, though? We do kind of have personal experience, considering Helena's Nail.

Shove the old ghoul aside without alarming violence (he's no threat to you physically, and you don't want to spook Amelia), place a warm and fatherly hand on the girl's head, and talk her spirits up.

"Don't listen to him, lass. Don't stop fighting now. All of life is a fight. Have hope! I bring good news and glad tidings for all of the lost and the sick and the weary. Hang on just a little longer, and I'll tell you all about a wonderful God and a wonderful man named Jesus, who promises to take on all of your ailments and burdens. To make you a new person, whole and healthy and beautiful."

All of y'all, giving up on the poor vicaress and condemning her to death.

You want to fight the wolf-deer that badly?
I don't know about the rest, but for me I've already consigned her to 'already dead, she's just not fallen over yet.' Kind of like Sayaka from PMMM (I've been reading a lot of quests for it recently (SO MANY CATS))

The ward won't do that.

It will only keep her trapped after she goes beastmode.

That's the option for a turkey shoot, not healing.
I also fully expect her to grow dramatically, and burst forth from the seal like an evil butterfly-wolf-deer!

Then Anderson goes 'welp, that didn't work' *KER-STABITTY* 'right, next thing on the agenda is...'

[X] Put a ward around Amelia, so even if she does turn into some monster she won't go around killing these apparently-innocent people still around.
-[X] You don't give a fuck if she kills the evil ones, though.

She chose this willingly. Respect that choice by letting her suffer the consequences.

I don't have the time or energy to come up with a better one. I'm visiting family in another state. I just slept for hours to recover from excessive sun exposure.

YOU murder-happy folks can try coming up with a better plan, or at least try explaining why you think mine doesn't have the best chance.
Sure thing.

The reason why your plan is unlikely to work isn't because, necessarily, of some kind of inherent boogeymanism or other "unstoppable force of nature" nonsense.

It's because the current source of her problems is Anderson.

Anderson is a scary bastard when he comes in fighting.

Anderson is also the person who is, even now, in the middle of ripping her very way of life from her.

Old Fart McGhoulface is apparently a trusted mentor figure, and also egging her on. And removing him from the picture will only make Anderson himself to be an even bigger enemy.

Thus making any attempts for him to calm her down? Utterly useless. We couldn't save Gascoigne.

And we can't save Amelia, either.

And if that falls through:
