Anderson Quest: Killing Vampires and Werewolves and Leprechauns (Hellsing/Bloodborne)

So... how fast can we set up a barrier?
And can we just surround Amelia and the old priest with one?
That way, she doesn't kill all these people, and we can continue fixing this shit.

[X] "None of that heathen fuckery here, thank you very much."
-[X] Put up a ward directly on Amelia's flesh to hopefully stop her from turning into a Great Ape being possessed by a blood demon or whatever hideous shit the Church has gotten up to with her.
-[X] Bayonet the old dude right in the sinuses.

Wait for the exact right moment to bash her head in while she's done something to prove she's monster-y.
I feel that would likely be far past the point where bonking her on the head will do anything but annoy her.

[X] Put a ward around Amelia, so even if she does turn into some monster she won't go around killing these apparently-innocent people still around.
-[X] You don't give a fuck if she kills the evil ones, though.

I'm not sure if putting a ward directly on Amelia would work, so going with putting it around her.
That way, she turns into a monster, but she'd only be able to attack the evil members of the clergy.
THEN we can convert them to worshipping the one, true LORD.

Urgh. I don't have enough Bloodborne knowledge to know what to do here. SunderTheGold's write-in seems good, but I don't know if she can be talked out of it. Putting a barrier around her might let us fight whatever she becomes while preserving the folks at the walls might be the safer option, though.

Meh, I'm sure it'll work, if not, then we can always have fun!

[X] Shoot him in the face with your laser.
-[X] Get yourself ready for when she transforms.

Given how much blood explodes out of Amelia's body when she transforms, I don't think she would have lived that long anyway.

If it wasn't possible to stop her, we wouldn't have the option and the old man wouldn't need to lead her with his heathen chanting.

If he can psyche her up, Father Anderson can calm her down. She DOESN'T actually want to die or become a beast. She's scared and her gods are failing her and she's desperate for anyone to throw her a rope.

You've got a point, changing vote to yours, untill something better comes, I'm kinda flimsy that way

[x]

Shove the old ghoul aside without alarming violence (he's no threat to you physically, and you don't want to spook Amelia), place a warm and fatherly hand on the girl's head, and talk her spirits up.

"Don't listen to him, lass. Don't stop fighting now. All of life is a fight. Have hope! I bring good news and glad tidings for all of the lost and the sick and the weary. Hang on just a little longer, and I'll tell you all about a wonderful God and a wonderful man named Jesus, who promises to take on all of your ailments and burdens. To make you a new person, whole and healthy and beautiful."

...How good would you say our chances are to accomplish this?

My worry is it's possible we're being given a chance not to stop her, but to interrupt her transformation, or to set up for the fight, or just to get some of the Church folk out ahead of time.

Well, the thing is, as far as Alucard was concerned, Anderson COULD beat him as a human, in fact Alucard KNEW that a human could beat him, after all Harker (not Van Helsing, and I'll never forgive Hellsing for that), but the things that Alucard hates the most are people who throw either their lives away (as shown by the look of disdain when that one policeman shot himself to not have to face hime) and people who throw their humanity away to keep living. The truth is, Alucard, just like any other inmortal in the show, WANTS to die, and as far as Alucard is concerned only a human can do it, because only a human can kill a monster, when Anderson used the Nail on himself, he stopped being the man who would kill Alucard and became another monster Alucard would have to fight, and even then, Alucard couldn't bring himself to truly hate Anderson and what he did as shown by the fact that he is crying as Anderson dies.

But that's enough rambling about something that's got nothing to do with the quest, could we introduce them to our Laser-Club of Righteous Irony or whatever we called it in the end?
You forget, this is Abridged. Alucard here's an immortal jackass looking to have fun with his blatant OPness and his idea of fun is to kill lots of people. His reaction to that policeman killing himself was to comment that he 'pussed out like a beeitch!'

Of course TFS haven't abridged the fight between the two of them yet so we don't know how it actually went down, but I'm guessing it'll take the form of Anderson pulling out the Nail and Alucard going 'oh, look at the big bad weapon, I bet you're too much of a wuss to stab yourself with it', them getting into a 'nuh uh/yeah huh' back-and-forth, and then Anderson actually stabs himself with it, to which Alucard's reaction will probably be something like 'huh, didn't think he'd actually do it. Wait shit, that means he's actually pretty powerful now. Better go kill hi-OH GOD MY ARM AND HEAD'

Again, semantics, but still.

Amelia <<< Amygdala, she's one of the early bosses.

The only worry is about the Blood Starved(perhaps gorged would be more fitting right now) Beast coming in and finding he has a crush on her transformed and teaming up for a double fight against Anderson.

Which, would be pretty awesome if deadly for the church people.

I thought it'd be more:

*Anderson stabs himself*

"You are supposed to stab the vampire's heart not yours dumbass, it not your penis and you are not a little kid"

[X] See where this goes

I'm assuming that she's about to turn into a monster, and it'll be kind of hard to hide that they turn people into monsters, after that.

They never hid that, everyone knows people are turning into monsters. Kinda hard not to notice the entire town is now filled with the things.

What they hid is the fact that the healing blood they based everything around is whats doing it.

Can we try performing an exorcism on her? Willing host or not, stopping her transformation would be an excellent chance to prove who has the more awesome God, and possibly gain a dozen or two combat-capable converts.
