Just one problem with your plan.
Culture and Esoteric currently sit at 70 and 80 respectively.
At this point, as they are both beyond 50, they only gain 10 from a training action.
With the locked-in action, Culture and Esoteric grow to 80 and 90 respectively.
Just the one Train Education: Culture will not raise it to 100.

Just the one Train Education: Culture will not raise it to 100.

Culture is 70 right now, so your plan only gets it to 90.

So have either of you guys realized you are proposing Identical plans? you both just put the culture training in different spots.

You can reliably predict events 30 seconds into the future, and get the occasional flash of events up to four hours hence. +30 to combat checks. Can disrupt even large-scale rituals alone with reliability.

Psyker: Willpower: 60. You have begun turning your mind into the equivalent of a fortress, and can root around in the minds of non-psykers as you please, though minor psykers may notice the intrusion. Large bonus to attempts at mind-reading/domination, and to defending against such attempts. Daemons will find your soul extremely difficult to take by force, and almost as hard to slide past your defenses.
