well lets get forging up so we can make our own gear as a minor action and it will help with doing talismans in the future aswell.

also combat aswell please in some form with maybe willpower for the last actions

Here's my initial vote.

Do the two projects, try and get the 25 Martial perk, go for one of the 4 more points in Power that we need for 50, train Forging: Gear for doing Charms next turn, and Combat: Ranged and Stealth to get the All 25 perk.

Er, Skills don't get an All: 25 Perk.

Would you be willing to replace this with training Martial? Hopefully we'll hit 25 and get the perk for it.

Nope ..... yea? The +5 bonus to all psyker skills ends once they pass 100. Just like with the Education Skills now that they are past 50.
I was wrong, the action last turn was the final one. I got the locked Minor actions with our parents mixed up with it.
 
I like both plans a lot so I am having a bit of a crisis hear. Is there any way to get the All-100 and the 25 stat perk? There is no malus to using minor actions to raise stats right? could we swap out raise manipulation for martial?

The Psyker and Medicine bonuses were extended to 100 by good rolls.

This gets us the All-100 Perk for Education, and prepares us to take the talisman making action next turn. Also progress towards more Power and pushing for the Martial Perk.

Remember, we're still due for another All-Education Training Action this turn. So we just need that last push for Culture and Esoteric to grab the All-100
