I know enough at least to know that you don't try to copy orks, you kill them wherever you find them... Same with Tau...
And Eldar, and Tyranids, and Chaos, and Necrons :D

But seriously, Eldar and Tau can be bargained with, though I think the Tau are millennia away from achieving spaceflight right now.

Basically if it ain't a loyal human it dies... Then again... We play our cards right... We could become a leader of the Tau and guide them out of the stone age... but that seems incredibly risky
Depends on if our branch of the Crusade heads their way. We could go in the complete opposite direction.

I don't think Big E was full on 'MURDER ALL XENOS', just "Humanity #1, xenos are ok if they don't fuck with us'

Just to be clear, this is before the fall of the Eldar, right?

Unclear, the timeline is a bit fuzzy--but the Warpstorms disperse after Slaanesh is properly gestated.

The Warpstorms starting is the beginning of the Age of Strife. Them ending is what triggers the start of the Great Crusade--the ending is also the moment the Fall occurs.

So, the Eldar Empire are still out there, but they're in no position to cause problems, and Slaanesh's birth has no significant impact on non-Eldar psykers IIRC.

Understood.

Also, there is nothing we can do to stop the Eldar pantheon from getting slaughtered, right?

...I think that would require literal divine intervention from the Emperor Himself, and since the Eldar gods are not human, he probably won't care. And I don't think he'd even be in a position to do anything about it, even if he wanted to. I think the mauling/shattering the Eldar gods took has already happened at this point in time.

Slaanesh not born yet? also due to the accumulation of vast psychic energies more and more human psyker able to awaken their power or it got greatly boosted. sadly most them turn into a doorway for daemons and were eaten.

There is a massive increase in the number of humans born with psychic powers around this time. Many of these new psykers lack the mental discipline to successfully make use of their power and are possessed by daemonic entities of the Warp, unleashing untold destruction on their homeworlds. Many people on worlds where these rogue psykers have appeared begin to treat all psykers as pariahs who should be immediately executed. The term "witch" comes back into vogue in the human language that serves as the precursor to Low Gothic to refer to those who manifest psychic powers.

In the sense that Slaanesh cannot yet take action, no, Slaanesh doesn't exist yet.

Or rather, it exists, but it's incapable of interacting with the material universe in any fashion because the event it's tied to hasn't happened yet. This is also why it being born doesn't suddenly result in "Everyone with Warp Awareness explodes or becomes daemons".

Well, that, and Slaanesh wasted all of its initial burst of power eating the Eldar pantheon and consuming as many Eldar souls as it could, and marking the ones it couldn't reach so it could get them later, and by the time it was all out, the other Chaos Gods had hemmed it in and it declined into the balance.

Hmmm, so since we're the daughter of Thernus' leaders, I don't think we'll have to worry that much about making our own weapons/armor/gear at first. Once our forging skills exceed normal human skills we'll need to make stuff from there, though.

better prepare for the big project, to protect human psykers.

RER Roll: 91+10(FBTW)=101. Critical Success.
Critical Success Roll: 8++10(FBTW)+1(Overflow)= 19. Success. AN: I decided to just lump the RER in with the turn itself from now on. Also, yes, each RER get the FBTW bonus, including the bonus rolls from Crits.
can you kindly point out what is this roll?

For the next Perk Point, might I suggest one of the following two items?

Education: General: 60 Perk. I Know Lots of Things! Your knowledge base allows you to make connections most people can't. Provides a +10 bonus to Perception, Electronics, Explosives, Psyker, and Invention Checks.

Education: Esoteric: 60 Perk. Patterns In The Soul. You will have to investigate further, but you believe you may have discovered something to do with why some people are psykers and some are not. +20 to Psyker Checks. Additional +10 to Esoteric Checks.

The Education: General perk actually provides a +10 to five separate checks, which is [IMO] a pretty good spread, and even increases our Psyker build. The Education: Esoteric is an even greater boost to our psyker-build, but doesn't have the breadth that general has.

Because Biomancy means that aside from Force Lightning, one of our best advantages lies in buffing ourselves to the stratosphere and then laying waste to problems in close combat.
