So, there's 7 free Invention Actions with four perks of the Invention: Necessity tree, and then another 5 with the purchase of four perks of the Practical tree.

And since we double them, it's 12*2=24 free Invention Actions.

And also three Major Actions and four Minor Actions from the level up perks.

Sweet.

Edit: This'll probably also make it easier to get more stats to get more perks.

Working on perks still, but tactics is our next highest skill that we have good access to a trainer so it will hit 200 first with tags before the Orks arrive, also tag forging gear so we can finish that up next turn.

So all the perks for actions plus the diplo perks and the psyker perks... just would have to drop something to fit in the level 45, which as long as we get two perks for level 50 we are good and can take it then along with the 50.

Edit:
So +12 invention (becomes 24) and +7 actions too many good perks, though with 7 more actions we can really push intrigue and diplo to hit all-25 next turn :)

Dropped 4 psyker perks for 4 culture perks

Like mentioned we are unlikely to be as skilled in certain areas as most other Primarchs (Russ will always be a supreme fighter, Vulkan will always be best forger, etc) but will be very versatile but even Fulgrim will beat us there in long run since he goes off to perfect every skill he comes across.

Only advantage we have compared to him is our warp powers which may be on par with Magnus at some point with even effort.

Also we are very active with population and may continue to be in general in long run which could bring massive benefits to humanity.

Very curious how Emperor reacts to us though since we are a pure Warp creation, but maybe he will be more excepting since he did have to kill off two of his sons with the lost Primarchs and excepted Alpharius Omegon despite oddity of nature.

So it all balances out in the end!

I so so so so want the practical invention perks... and the cultural perks, and the reading people perks.. and the genius ones.. also those level perks are good.

ok how about this? focus on prepping for speech checks next turn while getting murphy, perception helps speech

[] 3 perks: level 35/40/45, assuming they are still really amazing choices each time.
[] 5 perks: 120+ Cultural chain. This is mandatory if we want an empire. Given we're about to start an empire next turn, we need this. This lets us integrate multiple territories, gives us more actions to integrate territories, and massively speeds up all our integrations.
[] 7 perks: psyker perks up to Murphy's enforcer. It opens up 100+ perks for Psykers, which we're really going to want.
[] 3 perks: Karma speech chain. Again, 1500+ to speech checks, which we will need in negotiating empires and whatnot.
[] 1 perk: Education Esoteric 200. Beta level psykers, massive force multipliers that pretty much no one else can replicate.

From there, we now have 2 perks to spend. We have a ton of meh options currently available, but there's likely to be some gems opening up. We just got a ridiculous number of skill ups and will get some more before the turn ends. I'd expect innovation/forging to give us more action economy choices, but we'll have to see.

The big question is if we can see the 120+ psyker chains. They are all very likely to give us expanded range of options and may make us choose very differently. @ilbgar123 , will you let us see these in the next perk stuff?
Remember what he said. This is good and smart.

Thinking we might want to go with the psyker perks since we pretty much almost have all of them, getting them would unlock more and finally they let us add to a lot of checks as well. They would also let us buy from the more advanced skills.

Fuck genius just got more expensive. We should probably start putting some of the perks into that tree so we can get really really smart.

Shouldn't we invest a perk or two into social/perception? IIRC, the last SL with our father stated that we're still not good at hiding our emotions and diplomacy will be coming up soon.

not right now. kinda hitting limit of things useful to invent for the coming war

edit: actually do we need culture integration right now? wouldn't that come AFTER the waaggghh?
Power armor, new space fighters, teleporters, hell just creating new weapons for our champions or the PDF, vehicles, we could spend all those invention actions improving what we have.
