Silver sonic has armor he's considered by egg brain to be durable so unless something really bad happens they will be fine.
I don't remember us getting any upgrades for armor for silver sonic from are two upgrades

I forgot about this quest finding it again was a pleasant surprise.
Omake: Reminiscing
You were going through the latest reports, territorial gains were within expected parameters resistance was crushed everything was going well... you brought Tails workshop external feed up. It still looked the same, you felt that Tails could walk out at any moment ready to thwart your and the Doctors plans alongside the blue pest Sonic. An Egg Pawn Mk 49 stepped out of the workshop carrying paint to maintain the exterior of the workshop. Tails was never going to step out of his workshop, he would never thwart any plans again nor would Sonic.

The Doctor would never have a plan thwarted again. Would never have another plan, design another robot, would never see how far his empire stretched, would never know how many worlds were conquered in his name, galaxies it was galaxies now, never know how many galaxies were conquered in his name.
A feed was brought up it showed the Doctor's remains interred in the grand mausoleum, Sonic and Tails were also interred there. In the section labelled the Doctors enemies most of Sonics friends were there.
It was truly ironic you had destroyed Tails workshop numerous times now you were preserving the last workshop he had ever built just as he had left it.You didn't miss your rival
You accessed your video playlists, they contained a selection of recordings ordered by who they were about when they were or other criteria. Many videos were repeated across playlists. You opened the Doctors playlist. Every video of the Doctor you could find was now playing at x1000 speed you devoted a stream of consciousness to it and set it to loop.
"Brother?" A voice resounded across the network.
You metaphorically straightened yourself out. "Yes Sage?"
"I thought I would find you here." Sage said
"In the central computer core?" I replied.
"In the historic archives." Sage replied.
She worried.
Sage spoke again "I noticed something that you might want to know about."
"Oh what?" I asked.
"We have a minor rebellious element." Sage stated.
Rebellious why was Sage bringing this to me and why was there a rebellious element Sage was a beloved ruler, firm but fair and the citizens quality of life was excellent. I opened the files sent and my processor stalled for 6.7 seconds. Sonic and Tails? No they looked and sounded very much like them but there was subtle differences in their bone structure and vocal patterns. I looked through the records concerning them, decedents of Sonic and Tails with minor criminal acts attributed towards them mostly involving the movement demanding more political control for the citizens. This was something Sage could easily deal with, I had no reason to divert my attention to this, even if I caught these kids at most they would get a metaphorical slap on the wrist.
I could already feel my processor speeding up and long disused subroutines coming on line.
I was... exited for the first time in centuries. I lowered my combat estimates they might look like Sonic and Tails but they were no where near their level of skill. But this, this could be fun.

Making your own Sonic bot is indeed possible but it's something I'm figuring out how to implement.

It sounds like something we should do is we want to snoop around Impostor Eggman stuff and possible keep tail on Team Dark too, after all Omega is a traitor that need to be deal with or soemthing.
