A Villain In A World Of Heroes

It's probably some corrupted wish granting wish device that contains an evil god waiting to be born. But it's not really evil, since it was born that way and doesn't really know any better. :V

Damn it, Now I am remembering that one manga where unicorn meat is sold on market by a guy who just got listed as the most evil person in the world, and he worked hard for that title.

Unless you are saying that
A.) Going against Heroes is inherently evil,
or
B.) There is a possibility that an entity invading your mind and altering you to suit it's whims regardless of your wishes, removing the whole point of living in the first place by divesting you of your ability to act as yourself, could be a good thing by the standards of your Quest,

then yes, I'm quite sure.

If it's going to screw us over, it's going to screw us over. It knowing that we think that it's going to screw us over won't make it screw us over if it isn't going to screw us over in the first place, and it having any more time to Mind-screw us over will screw us over in the long run even more than it's already screwing us over.
Good and Evil are not binary. With everything we've seen so far, I feel confident in thinking that this world does not run on a black and white morality. What we, as people in 21st century, consider to be good and evil, and the prejudices that brings, is not necessarily true in universe. We already know that the outcome of events is altered just by there being a Hero in proximity to it, and that all Villains will lose because Fate exists, and is kind of a dick. Heroes do not need to be Lawful Good, or even Good at all, several Heroes are neutral or even straight up Chaotic Evil, so assuming that something that is not good is automatically evil is a bit of a stretch.

[X] "Why are you making me feel happy?"
-[X] Fight unicorn if it attacks you. Talk to it if it doesn't.

Not sold on the idea that mind control is definitely evil. If it's going to be nice to us we could do with something to talk to.

I thought I posted this in this thread as well, but it turns out I didn't. So here you go:
You won't exactly start as an evil being, you would start as just a girl (how innocent depends on which option you pick) although you could certainly become more "evil" as time went on. Villian just means opposed to heros, and heros are definitely not all "good," if a hero massacres your family and you try and stop him you become a villian. Heros are people, for good or ill, given "plot armor" while villains are automatically given the opposite. Heros can range from psychopaths to paragons of light (and the light isn't "good" either). It is a world of grey sort of like real life with the rules of black and white enforced on it. Heros are good and their enemy's are bad, and destiny itself enforces this idea, no matter what.

@Arkatekt is completely correct. The only binary good and evil system is:
Heroes are good.
Villians are evil.

Question:
What exactly is the cut off point before Fate starts cutting the villains down?
Also, does it require a direct contact with a hero or not?

[X] "Play along" with the Unicorn
-[X] Keep an eye/ear/nose out for hidden threats
-[X] Realize that you are happier than you really should be right now.
-[X] Steel yourself for it's inevitable betrayal. If you aren't completely sure that it's evil when it betrays you, it'll make it ten times harder to kill it before it can subjugate you mentally.
[X] If the unicorn starts acting hostile, kill it and eat its heart.

Edit

Let's not. Usually killing something that innocent comes with a curse. Besides, something willingly given would be much more powerful.

Okay. This is what we know. We've got a Shiny version of a Unicorn that wants to play with us.
Things we don't know:
What are it's magical abilities?
What do Unicorns do when they encounter people?
Why are we being friendly with this unknown being in the middle of the Death Forest( I know that that isn't it's actual name, but it fits)?
And why are we feeling happy, when our arm stings, our father has been burned to death, we are out in the woods searching for the power to avenge his slaughter, and every inch of both us and our clothing is caked in blood?

And an even better question? Why are we feeling content?

The best answer is that it's using mind control. This thing is mind controlling us. And we know what to do with Mind controllers that we don't like.

Guys It's a " Villan" we are a " Villan" I'm willing to take the chance

I once read a book where Black Unicorns were Warrior Steeds for those seeking Justice.

They were capable of telepathy, and were especially powerful physically and magically. Only Virgins could ride them, a non-virgin attempting to would feel immense pain, making them fall off when the unicorn bucks them off, and then impaled.

So, are we seeking revenge, or are we seeking justice? There is a fine line between the two, but sometimes both cam be met.

Maybe the unicorn is attempting to redeem us in some way, take us off the path of the villain?

Maybe I am wrong, but I think we should do this.

Uh...if it's mind controlling us, wouldn't thinking of killing it at all be hilariously unwise because it'd know our hostile intent, has a grip on our mind and will screw us really hard?

Cooperate for now, it has our mind, but while we're alive we can find an opportunity out of this. It has easier ways to kill us.

On a phone, so there might be more than one vote from the same person. They've been taken from most recent to least.

9(of this number, additional votes exist for killing and eating it if it tries anything. The second most popular vote is functionaly similar, so it's number should count for that option as well)

Wins.

No need for rolls this time.

To Kill Or Not To Kill?
You continue to pet the unicorn with its beautiful mane and black, spiraling horn. Of course, you decide to keep a look out for threats, you wouldn't want anything to hurt you or the unicorn. You stay like that for a while, her nuzzling you and you petting her, but soon enough she starts to leave. At first, this makes you sad, but then she motions for you to follow. You do so happily, of course.

She takes you deeper into the forrest, weaving in and out between the trees. You walk for a few hours before reaching your destination, a small grassy clearing with a small pond in the center. It is filled with crystal clear water, that looks very refreshing and you have the urge to drink. Beside the water, is another unicorn, sleeping. This one, however, is white, and it is very beautiful. It is the most beautiful thing you have ever seen except for the black unicorn, which the white unicorn barely compares to. The black unicorn makes a stabbing gesture towards the white unicorn, and you realize it wants you to kill it. It looks at you with pleading eyes, begging you to do so.

[] Kill it.
[] Don't kill it.
