Hmm. Assuming I'm interpreting that correctly, even with that advancement, we'll still only apply base Progression to rune research, without the ~10x bonus from the Ring Hunger (as opposed to our current situation, where we do out of combat low-stakes research at the same speed as a non-Cursebearer).

im salivating at finally seeing the blurb for how Pillars gets upgraded by the Opalescent Tower (which is good)
 
As much as I want to put the purchase of Fisher King behind us, I think Wolfy is right to call for a delay. We already have the mitigation covered for a month, so the main value of Fisher King doesn't kick in till that's up.

Yeah. Basically, Fisher King has two parts - one that is super long term so we can get it whenever, and the other that combos with Pillars. So you get Pillars first.

But then you realize that Fisher King is a 5 pick Advancement, so it should get majorly improved by RR. So why not I guess.
 
It has been some time since we got an Arete-count, afaik. Discussion really picked up after the Gisena interlude: she has some LORE that we've been missing out on because Hunger hasn't actually asked his companions about their thoughts since... the sovereignty?
