Here's my initial vote.
Do the two projects, try and get the 25 Martial perk, go for one of the 4 more points in Power that we need for 50, train Forging: Gear for doing Charms next turn, and Combat: Ranged and Stealth to get the All 25 perk.
Nope ..... yea? The +5 bonus to all psyker skills ends once they pass 100. Just like with the Education Skills now that they are past 50.Hmm, don't we get one more turn of +20 to this from tutoring with the Witch Hunters?

Because its at zero and in this quest that means if we encounter any situation involving them we are getting a big helping of malus to not blowing up.
I'd just like to get those skills trained up and clear out that project.
