"Asur naval military personnel" are literally Sea Elves. We're not talking about a new Audience, we're talking about a Patron, which offers a stronger but narrower audience-like benefit. This is true for every option presented in this vote. If you want to read more about ships, voting for Citadel is leaning in that direction. If you want to read more about Stromfels (as I would've expected given your track record), you might be better off voting for Anath Raema.[X] Citadel
From its description, Citadel sounds like a way towards another audience, this one being Asur naval military personnel rather than the Sea Elves, which seem to be more adventurous nobility and wealthy merchants looking for stimulation. I'm interested in seeing what the difference is in terms of Affinities.
To back this up, have a Boney quote, with bolding by me:
the nobility of Ulthuan with military, economic, or colonial maritime interests, primarily from the Kingdoms of Cothique and Eataine, with most of the rest coming from Yvresse and Tiranoc. And, of course, the maritime citizenry that serve those interests.
These quests have really infected me since my first reaction to this was to begin drafting a paper titled 'The Usage of Undead in Cultivating and Harvesting Hazardous Plantlife' in my headthe poisons of which would cause a terrible death to most but only cause an unsightly but temporary staining of the finger-bones of the Wights who did the fetching.
Harvesting wild plantlife poisonous for the living to handle is a good use. I suspect that using them in cultivated fields is a bit counterproductive when they're leaking dhar all over everything they touch. These quests have really infected me since my first reaction to this was to begin drafting a paper titled 'The Usage of Undead in Cultivating and Harvesting Hazardous Plantlife' in my head![]()
If it's plants that fed on dhar, it'd be a bonusHarvesting wild plantlife poisonous for the living to handle is a good use. I suspect that using them in cultivated fields is a bit counterproductive when they're leaking dhar all over everything they touch.
I wonder though does this imply collaborative research on ONLY lustrian magic or is it a broader deal where other subjects of interest of our museum are also covered, for example lizardmen civilization in general or lustrian megafauna.
