[X] Go in Guns Blazing

Jinx isn't a stealth build, we go big or we go home!

Shed have to get someone willing to fight a chem baron, kind enough to help and skilled enough to do something. Even if she could find the first two she can't find the third in a timely manner.

Edit: What's the weapon Jinx got?
Still, if all the math I'd done and the blueprints I'd come up with in my head panned out, I wouldn't wanna get hit by one of the hex bolts this thing shot out. Pity I couldn't get real bullets, but if they wouldn't even let me have chemfuel I figured ammunition was right out.
It's her Hextech pistol from season two. Probably less of a shock than she's hitting Vander/Warwick with during there short fight, but more than any punk in benzo's shop can take and stay on their feet regardless.

I opened up the door to start my jaunt into Zaun, only to pull up short before I'd even started. Probably because Seraphine was standing in my doorway, wearing a bright blue raincoat and carrying an aggressively pink umbrella. "Hello, Jinx." She smiled at me. "Where are we going?"
Adorbs :3

Caitlyn's mouth hung open for a long moment before her lips narrowed into a thin scowl and she gave a single sharp nod. "I see. Give me five minutes, and I'll come with you."
Wuh-oh. Have a bad feeling about this.

I took a couple of steps ahead of the others and turned around, smirking and spreading my arms. "Well, here we are. Zaun in all its glory!" I spread my arms out, taking in the muddy streets, hovels stacked atop each other in a tottering mass of fire hazards, and the pervasive scent of all kinds of nastiness and filth that the heavy rainstorm was somehow making both better and worse at the same time. "Don't drink the water."
I adore this bit, can vividly picture this moment in Fortiche's animation style and Powder's voice actress. Like, I can with most of the quest already since the writing is so on-point, but this part in particular really stood out to me as something that would be cool to see.

I shrugged. "From what I've heard, it used to be a lot worse. Dad used to tell me about the Grey like it was some kinda monster that'd come to gobble me and Vi up if we didn't behave, and I know Viktor said it was pretty bad where he grew up."

Caitlyn frowned. "So this is what things are like after we installed the ventilation systems?" She grimaced and shook her head. "Unbelievable..."
I also really like this bit.

And how Benzo and Sevika are both kinda right. Still, gotta save the one who's currently getting his ass beat, and stop the one threatening a child. (Hoping that's a bluff, but not willing to bet Ekko on it.)

Fully Internalizes ??? ??? ????
This is Big Fat Hero, isn't it? Hehehe

[X] Try to Get Help
[X] Go in Guns Blazing

Get Seraphine out of the crossfire and trust in her Empathy to help her not get in trouble with other dangerous people. Then go in and try to save Benzo.

And hope like hell we and Cait have good enough aim to avoid repeating one of Canon!Jayce's mistakes.

Guns Blazing is a very cathartic image, but I think it's got a much higher chance of getting Benzo and Ekko hurt in the crossfire. The mission is first and foremost about rescuing Benzo and Ekko more than Jinx avenging herself on Sevika, so that's an important thing to factor in. Plus, neither Jinx, Cait, nor Seraphine are well-equipped for that kind of approach, impromptu as this whole adventure is.

I'm actually scared to check the vote. To the people voting guns blazing, I'll just ask you to remember three things: 1 Jinx is a child, 2 she's never shot anyone, 3 adding the trauma of killing someone onto her already heft list of mental health issues might not be the best idea.

I'm totally down for Jinx to start blasting post-timeskip but right now seems like a terrible time. Let's please go the stealthy and far less risky route.

Worth pointing out that the two leading plans both involve violence. It's really just a question of whether Jinx and co. launch a direct frontal assault or try to lure Sevika into an ambush.

News flash, Jinx isn't carrying a lethal weapon.
Well, technically I still hadn't, depending on how you defined what a 'real gun' was. Still, if all the math I'd done and the blueprints I'd come up with in my head panned out, I wouldn't wanna get hit by one of the hex bolts this thing shot out. She has a prototype of her Hextech gun which shocks rather than kills most likely given her limited access to Hextech gems.

Yeah, I'll back this. I was initially in favor of Guns Blazing since I wasn't sure how good a distraction we could make, but I feel like this is the better option overall. Nice blend of risk and still being smart about it.
Still want the noncombatant both out of the crossfire and potentially bringing some form of cavalry, though.

The mystery might be impatience vs patience. One plan is to jump them through immediate action the other is being patient, risking surprise to bait into a better position tactically. Both can work but they represent different methodologies.
