Okay, there has to be something weird and supernatural going on here, and I can only think of one entity that encourages the acquisition of other people's stuff at great personal risk.

In support of necromancy museum, may I present exhibit A: moving dinosaur skeletons that can put on a show. Moving dinosaur skeletons that can maul uppity vampires that don't respect the rules :V

I like the idea of a museum run by pirates who 100% believe that everything there is their cache of loot.

The thought of a world-renowned pirate having their copious amounts of bling just sitting in a public building is one thing but the addition of them almost certainly charging an arm and a leg for people to walk through said building and gawk at it?

It's like the most piratey, grand-standing 'watch me inflate my ego' behavior I've ever heard of.

I want to have a pirate for a boss. I want to do such a good job at running a museum for our pirate boss that they need to buy another ship just to carry their ego.

I want to have to sit down with our world-renowned pirate boss and talk about how awesome it would be to open a gift shop that sells his merch.

Unfortunately, the Vampire Coast is located on Lustria, so I'm afraid dinosaur skeletons won't be exotic enough for our local audience to get excited.

Instead, we should make moving wyvern skeletons.

A menagerie of undead abominations would not be out of place in a museum dedicated to "vampires and necromantic diaspora", if even the exhibits end up limited to local megafauna, rather than something more exotic, like bears or moose.
