In favour of Tilea and Sartosa I can't help the dream of someday rocking over to Skavenblight on a Museum Expedition to claim the Ruins of Tylos, aka, a place that reads a bit like if Rome was sacked and then occupied during the era of Augustus by the huns, right when it was hitting it's stride.

I seriously considered having one option be for Settra in 2286 in the direct aftermath of the War of Sand and Snow, but I decided that exploring the people and psychology of Nehekhara would end up the primary focus of the quest if that option won and that would be an extremely heavy and challenging writing project.
