  • One extra demand, one question: Why is she here? Why not the Restoration or GUN? In exchange for all the Income, every single banknote, every single penny, by Turn 5 to answer this question trustfully and no deception or misdirection in any way, shape or form.

Would not mind to gauge Rouge reaction. Whatever answer she would give it's telltale this is pure desperation on her part, even refusing the demand, and Eggman is testing a hypotheses here. Her deal is really too generous and is willing to burn down a lot of bridges by working with us even Omega is being too... amidale in this deal when he very much want to fill the doctor with lead most of times.

Btw way QMs if Rouge does not agree we still get her?

Not sure about that. By Piastol's actions during the raid, we can either:

-Heal someone.
-Boost a unit's rolls by 10 for the turn
-Debuff someone with -5.

He can only do one of those, but it costs 0 action points, which means he can still do other things.

This is Metal's new trait can only be used in battles:

Death Hog: During Combat Encounters Metal Sonic will always have access to one of following actions for 0 Action Points per turn unless explicitly stated otherwise.
->incremus: Metal wreathes himself in flame, adding a +5 to his(and another) roll. The other person's buff will last for that round.
->Noxi: Roll 1d100+0(mystic) with an opponent's Power as the dc. Pass applies -5 for the round, crit=2rounds. Casting noxi within the timespan if another noxi lowers the dc to an opponent's Power-5. If the new noxi timer is lower than the current noxi timer, use the old noxi timer. Noxi cannot stack.
->Sacrem/Sacremus: Metal rolls 1d100+0(Mystic). If the result is more than the lowest roll difference that lowered their hp by 1, restore that hp. (Basically So lf the hero unit rolled 80 and the villain rolled 120, the dc is 40 to heal the damage)

Can only opick 1 0 Ap action per turn
 
etal's final stats (once all upgrades available as of turn 4 are inserted and with the currently used copy slots, not any future ones) look like:
Power: 30. With stacking bonuses to personal combat from Plasma (20), Ring Spark (10), Ninjutsu (8), and Subdwarf (7, but subject to change) for an effective 45 (not using Plasma or Spark)/65 (just Plasma)/75 (using everything) in direct combat.
Heart: 15
Logistics: 15
Brain: 11
Trickery: 17
Mystic: 15 (Subject to change)

One thign importantr to note: We revamped metal's upgrades and added new ones.
Here are the onces we have for Metal so far:

Plasma Pulse: each round of combat, a 1d8 is rolled, on a 7-8, metal adds +20 to his total combat score for the round.(Doesn't stack with other upgrades except fopr those gained from copycat skill.) (1 Upgrade point)

Ring Spark: If an opponent scores a hit against Metal, the must pass a Power check of 100 (1D100+Their power+relevant traits-each person/hero unit/unot that was invovled in hitting metal) and if failed, they lose 1 HP, can only be used twice per battle. (Each unit must roll individually/separate from the rest) (1 Upgrade Point)

Light Speed Attack: +10 to Metal combat rolls (3 Upgrade Points)

Chaos emerald detector: Gives metal a +50 bonus when looking for chaos emeralds (6 Upgrade Points)

Ragnite Coating: Increases Metal HP by 1 (6 HP Total) Metal doesn't lose HP when defeated in combat if the enemy base power roll is 20 or less. (3 Upgrade Points)

Ragnite reactor Core: Increases Metal power score by 5. But if any enemy defeats him in combat and their base power roll is 95 or higher, they lose 2 HP instead of the normal 1 HP.(Basically, if the enemy beats metal, and their base roll is 95 or higher, Metal loses 2 HP instead of 1) (2 Upgrade Points)

Ragnite Chaos Beam (Needs Ragnite Reactor Core): each round of combat, a 1d4 is rolled, on a 3-4, metal adds +15 to his total combat score for the round. (3 Upgrade points)

Maximum Overdrive Attack: It's a triggered ability that we the QMs will activate for Metal when the situation calls for it, either because Metal decides so or Eggman orders it, Metal Base Power stat is doubled. after that, he takes a -10 malus for all rolls and checks for the rest of the battle. Can only be used once per battle. (4 Upgrade points)
 
I think a good party for our adventure in Tokyo-to could be:

Pronghorn Sisters (Leader)
Canaan
Belle
Piastol
Metal Sonic

A good Party of heavy hitters with some descent Hearts Trickery, Logistics, Brains and Mystic.

Plus I can even see Cassia getting into some shenanigans into the city.
