When we hit level 7, we can use the guaranteed stat boost from that to get Mental to 30 (Level 9 would do the same for Magical, Level 10 for Technical and Level 11 for Social, but it isn't as certain if we can afford to wait that long).

As for memory... we need to ponder on what spells we may want to make before we settle for a specific memory.

That's under the assumption we don't get any increments from events before hitting level 7.

Also, we could use two upgrades to cap off Social for the cost of wasting 1 upgrade point.
 
Oh wow, Kermie wrote faster than I thought... just woke up and saw this sooo... Yay we got the complete malice set! Alsl of course they got beef with the S-Force (S-Force tried to hack them via their FF account? Shaaaame S-force you dont do that, game accounts are off the table!)
As for the rewards... neat also that 30 milestone perk looks nice. Theres some possible discussion for the stat plan but Ot would be a waste of the points. So...

Ill add cover since It sounds like somethimg we could combine with the glyphs we have (1' Fire, Earth and Wind/Air) we can get a decent Defense/Elemental wall Spell. Although blow could work as well.

So for the memory, can I suggest Step? Cause combining it with the Wind Glyph might give us a spell to walk on air for a short time.

Apologies if I'm misunderstanding, but didn't we take enhanced human in character creation? Or dose that still fall within "normal" for these purposes?

Normal for these purposes, Rei didn't get any brain/body enhancements during her time in the Guild. What you did get from Ex-Assassin was the experience in ass-kicking along with Akemi, the gun, and a premade connection to the criminal underworld.

You know what would be cool, concentrating V. Burst into a single attack. Could even work as a finishing move.

Question about V. Burst, can we use it without a rider form?
