The Owl House has already technically appeared. Came out in January 2020, so Luz is already in the Boiling Isles. So far , only Luz's Mom knows that she, her daughter and everyone else are fictional. The Boilimg Isles are still unaware and will proceed with the normal Canon Timeline... until Vee arrives on Earth. Then, Luz will start to suspect thing. And by the Time Luz and friends re-appear on Earth, the Owl House Plot will be about ready to wrap up.

Batman is very well aware magic exists, he studied under Zatanna's father, in Batman: Caped Crusader he uses magic to defeat a ghost, has been part of Justice League Dark, worked with Deadman and Constantine multiple times, as well as has a metahuman (Signal aka Duke) serve as a sidekick.
I'm sure many groups will be eager to utilize the Huntsclan's skill and knowledge for defeating magical creatures, especially since many of them are not nearly as friendly as in American Dragon.

With the help of Poison Ivy, he was able to make a cure for Nora's disease but it involved him sacrificing himself. He got to see Nora awake and say goodbye before he passed away.
How long until any of the other Freeze's learn of this and start going after Ivy, except for The Batman version of Freeze.

Depends. If Nore appeared in Season 1 (the one released in 2019), then she is here. But her Freeze is most likely dead - or on costly life-support, if one wants to keep him around because of the Merge.

Remember before Batman TAS in 1992 Mr Freeze didn't have a redeemable backstory or Nora. So there are probably a few evil for lols Mr Freeze around, although those ones are technically 'Mr Zero' as that was the original name of the ice supervillain when he appeared in 1959. So we could differentiate the two that way, calling Victor 'Mr Freeze', while the one without Nora we can call 'Mr Zero'.
