It's bright outside and Fey have Low-Light vision as a basic racial trait (except those with real Darkvision of course).
So I wouldn't bet on the darkness doing anything.
And it most likely doesn't stack with itself?

Even if it doesn't make it fully dark, Deeper Darkness creates an area of supernatural darkness. That would still give Kori Concealment, even against Darkvision, and max out his dagger's Enhancement bonus.
That doesn't mean it will be the best opening move, though.

[X] Select a champion do duel him -[X] Akorian --[X] "We can fight, if you wish to die screaming as the flames of Hell melt the flesh from your bones. Whatever soothes your wounded pride, oh Lord of the Court of Veils. Do you have an heir I can speak with afterward, or will we need to wait while your people fight among themselves to determine a new leader?" -[X] While Kori trash talks, Mina quietly casts Heroism on him, and Hermean Potential if there is time.
"If you would die screaming in the flames of Hell, then yes, we may duel," you announce, trying to play the part of the assassin devil you had killed and finding it to suit you all too well. The shadows twist, giving the words an echo as though from some forsaken cavern. Mina's words of encouragement you drink in and thus you drink the sudden spark of fright behind eyes black and beetle-shells.
Rather than drive him from the field the feeling seems to gather substance and whip around him, a whistling wind through a lonely gallery. It bears him up and up and up until you cannot see the color of his eyes. "So be it then, in your blood shall be paid the trespass upon this hall."
By pageantry alone you might have missed the darting spark-fey that clings to his cloak and weaves his own enchantment, a crown of glory upon this lord in speech and spellcraft. A sword of weathered bone and ancient brass jumps into his hand so fast the eye cannot follow and it seems the foe entire jumps to the right, now to the left. A glamor, you recognize, a strong one. He is at least a match for you on the ground and likely more than that flying. What was it Sirim had said about Pangolais duels?
Even so, you feel Mina's hand on your shoulder and with a sense more distant you feel the hand of fate twisting in your favor and hope that is enough.
Blues and greens and purples flash in the air, lighting and faerie fire mated, the duel has well begun... and you are proved the faster. The lump of mental is cold in your hand as you chant a spell of binding older then the descent of the People, as old as the first iron-smith. For the blink of an eye the leaping image seems to freeze in place above... but then you realize it had been worry and not the magic catching hold. The fey lord laughs.
"Only a child playing with shadows. Oh what fools ye be. In your life it's the guest you never invite, yet it will come by day or by night. Tell me, mortal, what is it?"
Death, the answer is death, and he gave it away... he gave it away. A terrible urge to join the mocking laughter of your own mortality, of all mortal things, comes over you, but you swallow the urge and instead call up mocking in turn. "So feeble are the riddles of the Court of Veils then?"

OOC: A bit of a short update, but seeing as the enemy has shown himself to have a flight speed and SR 18 a chance to vote on tactics seemed appropriate.
@DragonParadox, I thought we were going to have a chance to buff ourselves before the duel started? I was going to have Kori cast Blurred Movement, Divine Favor, Protection from Evil, and Channel Vigor on himself once he had a chance.

After being shaken he felt... considerably less generous and he was not that generous to start with. To make sure they got though they should have been put in before trash talking him.

Sorry, ya'll, I didn't think trash talking with this asshole would lose us our opportunity to cast some buffs on ourselves. That makes this a lot more difficult than it had to be.
For now, I think we should just play to our strengths. We're a divine spellcaster, and it's rare one of them will have the ability to cast Invisibility. If he knew what kind of magic we wield, he would have little reason to cast a See Invisibility spell beforehand, and we didn't get any indication that he cast one as the fight started. There are very few Medium-sized Fey with Blindsense, Blindsight, or who See Invisibility naturally or via SLA, and none of them are anywhere close to matching whatever this guy appears to be. That doesn't mean he can't be using magic to hide a completely different appearance, of course, and that wouldn't be surprising (because Fey...), but even so, there just aren't that many possible enemies who should be able to see Kori.
He's still Shaken for at least one round, so that should make him more susceptible to a Bluff attempt to convince him we're trying to get closer to him after casting Invisibility. That could make him target that area with something like Glitterdust or another close range effect, while we're actually putting some distance between us.
[X] See how he can deal with an unseen foe (Invisibility)
-[X] While casting, Kori deliberately glances to a space closer to the Fey and to the right of his own current position. Once the spell takes hold, however, he immediately moves back and to the left as far as he can in this round.
--[X] If he avoids the enemy's attention, Kori next casts Channel Vigor, choosing the Spirit effect, and after that he casts Deeper Darkness (on a copper coin he drops on the ground), Protection from Evil, and Divine Favor, all while keeping mobile to make it more difficult to find him.
--[X] If at any point the enemy discerns his location, Kori stops casting buffs on himself and instead targets him with Dispel Magic using his wand. If Kori is able to get all of his buffs in place, he then targets the enemy with Dispel Magic.
---[X] If the enemy's Fly spell (assuming it's a spell) is Dispelled, or he lands for some reason, Kori will use the Foe's Pyre Gem to Summon the Large Fire Elemental to attack him.
@DragonParadox
Working out a magical 1v1 duel in this way is going to take a lot of very short updates.
Is there any alternative?
I'd certainly second my vote to Goldfish so he and you can fight this out, resulting in one or two updates of fight only.
If @Goldfish was willing to accept such a thing of course.

I've expanded on my plan a bit, to lay out a rough groundwork for how Kori will act over the next few rounds. Of course, it can't account for all of the enemy's potential actions, but it's something to work with.
I second the notion about seeing the duel through to the end.
The logic of the current plan is sound; if we can't target the fey on account of his SR, we should do self-buffs and inconvenience him with spells that have less targeted effects. Invisibility, Channel Vigour, Deeper Darkness etc.
The only other thing we need to take care of is to land our opponent. Does SR affect Web and similar spells?
Are summons excluded from the 1v1 rules of the duel? That sounds like a loophole, but then again, loopholes and fey come as a bundle. If we are allowed to summon, then I would suggest breaking out the Abductor figurine and initiating a grapple. This is the intended purpose of the creature, to grab people, and it galls me we haven't found a combat use for it yet.

Ideally the next decision point would be either after gaining an advantage with Goldfish's current plan, or to make the decision when to screw the rules and go all in if things do not go so well.
