There is a very good chance Eutropia will kill Elywa on her turn. As in she can probably just hit her twice and that will be enough to render her unconscious or dead, and that is without a Crit or Sneak Attack. Cob really did a number on her. If she does get to act, it's better for her to target Eutropia or Bjorn. They can take the heat. The problem is that Elywa is going to get her action before everyone but Cob and the princess.
And I'm worried that Elywa has some sort of teleport ability - (the spider was fleeing, not her), and we don't have anyone to ready a counterspell.
Also, I don't think Cob can spilt up his turn where he throws a vial, others do stuff, then he moves/swift actions.
I think he should throw the vial, and if it stuns Elywa then he should save Surge Points, and if she succeeds the save, then he should try and teleport in.
Also, and I know this is more work for you, but I think your plan should have each person doing a "If Elywa is alive then [stuff focused on Elywa], else [other stuff].
I admit to not looking at the abomination's stats, but I doubt any of our party here is likely to die if any (or indeed all) non-Elywa foes survive to another round, so I'm fine risking a few hits in order to focus on her.
Elywa might have a Word of Recall spell prepared to use for a quick escape, she does seem to have 6th level spells, after all. If she tries to cast it on her turn, however, Eutropia is going to get to make an Attack of Opportunity against her. If her first round of attacks didn't do the job, that AoO probably will.
Cob can definitely use his actions like that. He doesn't have to do everything possible as soon as his turn in the Initiative order comes up. He can use a Standard Action to throw the vial then wait to see if he needs to use his Move and Swift Actions to help down below. I don't want to have him teleport down there and attack if it isn't necessary. He can make that decision based on what happens after Eutropia and Bjorn have acted.
If he goes down there before them, he becomes the first target Elywa and the abominations see after no longer being blinded by ash, right after he's spent two rounds trying to hack out her liver and she condemned him in Lamashtu's name. She could easily prioritize attacking him over Eutropia or Bjorn, and Cob is much less resilient than either of them.
As for having everyone focusing on Elywa, we mostly do, except for Gorok and Sirim, who really do need to deal with all of the archers. They might not seem to threatening now, but in five or six rounds when the debuffs wear off they're going to be much more dangerous.
At the moment they're blind and can only make a single attack per round, and that one needs a ton of luck to hit anything. When they're no longer blind and can use their full actions without as many attack penalties, multiple archers could easily kill one or more of our people in short order, especially if they're actually built as archers and aren't just mooks with bows.
Also, I'm not assuming the fight is almost over. We could end up getting a surprise Demon teleporting in up top. If we only have Kori and Mina up here, that would be bad.
