Does he even know Yumi exists? I've been under the distinct impression that he knows about as much about her as the Oracle did (read: nothing, because neither of them gave a damn about what Kohaku's school life was like).
At best, he possibly has a picture of what we look like from Kohaku's mind, but even that is a stretch. He most likely doesn't since Word of QM says he only knows that Kohaku's part of a group, not who they are.

At this point, I'm fairly certain it's a bit late for that. Regardless of the situation, Yumi has always been the one that Kohaku relies upon the most. I don't think that he'll buy such an act for a second if Kohaku doesn't just tune us out.

In all honesty, I have half a mind to believe that Father Hino learned about Yumi's appearance from Kohaku's mind given how important she is to her and is using that instead of Kyoko, but that's also a risk we can't take.

I don't really want to give away our presence until we get the chance to meet him face-to-face, and even that yap gives him information about us. It tells him various things about what we like, dislike, and other minor things in the moment that give him insight into who we are. Again, this is my paranoia so it's likely not going to be that bad, but I don't want to take chances with this guy seeing how the entire arc's been kinda leading to this moment.
No no- these are very good points- The hope of distracting her-

He has to know- he has to know someone is making her question her father- and I do not doubt Kohaku has though the name Yumi before-

That is also a fair point! hmmm.

Well 1- Thank you JAGwin I'll fix those up in a sec- And two- I think we need some changes. the hope of keeping Kohaku distracted and blocking out information gleamed from us is still high- So instead let's shift it to questions about her. No personal information, just keeping her distacted... Maybe this?

[] As you walk, distract Kohaku... you don't know how this curse works, but he may not be able to deal with you keeping Kohaku's mind busy with with random yap- Like what she wants for lunch or this cool coin trick you can do. Make it casual, but make her focused on something that isn't where you're at.

As for JAGwin's worry? How about this?

[] Ask her to ask her Dad where your meeting up- and go along with her. You assume he wouldn't be against it, wanting to get rid of you for show or something to keep Kohaku in line the bastard- but let's keep information about who you are to a minimum. Information black out.

I'll add these in a sec- Any other concerns that need to be addressed? Let's try to make this wonderful! Oh and thank you for the suggestions!

If we don't know where to go yet, Shoji would need to be updated on it. Outside of that, I can't think of anything else right now.
That should be covered with the private chat asking Arthur to make or making ourselves- I doubt Yumi wouldn't relay that information.

Good then! I'm glad to cover those basis with the plan! Hopefully that helps to improve this march!- If this plan is decided on of course!

Where is Gabriel in this?
Ack- I knew I was forgetting something! Also... hmm she doesn't have a phone... We will have to be the point of contact for her then- How about this?

-----[] Keep contact through Telepathy with Gabriel if required, but keep in mind the risk of someone overhearing through the connection. If the private chat is up, you'll be the one to relay the points Gabriel makes as well as keep her updated. Ask if she can join the private chat to help keep communication easier and to prevent information leaks through telepathy.
Also thank you~

:???: Since when is this a thing?
I don't know? I'm just- Paranoia! I mean hell we know another arch angle is helping Father Hino- They may be able to pick up on what Gabriel say through telepathy. It's just another risk we have to keep in mind- Better over estimate then under estimate right? I would hate for father Hino to be able to do this and learns of all of our plans ahead of time.

Again- it's being extra careful to avoid information leaks. Azazel is an unknown to us after all! If they can see the future- then it may be wise to assume they can eavesdrop on the telepathy!

Again- it's mainly paranoia for that bit. No need to risk Father Hino knowing we have a hit squad on route ya know?

It's not. Im assuming it's a leftover worry from Kyubey's system which inherently works completely different.

Wait we do? I thought what was happening was that they imprisoned Azazel and forced him to tell them what he knows.

Future Sight literally sucks. We've seen it get bypassed again and again from anyone who's powers surpass the seer in the story so far. Not to mention, without control over time there's no given context, thus getting specifics like that is unlikely.

Edit: If they had that level of ability, they would know who we are already.

Firstly, the word you're looking for is "Archangel".

Secondly, Azazel is not an Archangel. Leaving aside the specific Demon named that, the Archangels are Michael, Raphael, Gabriel and Uriel, of whom we know the third is not involved with the Disciples (she is actively working with us to stop them) and the QM has otherwise only mentioned the last, and not in any context that implies he's involved with the Disciples. It doesn't imply he isn't, but as things stand we have no reason to believe that any of the Archangels have any ties to the Disciples.

Well yeah- but they still have him. Why would they get rid of him or lock him away- they are an asset. Even then- for all we know Azazel has more control over Father Hino now- using the cult to his own ends like the demon Kohaku's mom's cult-

They aren't? Or like a fallen archangel- just a normal one? hmm. Well then I need to cut part out I think!

I am still worried they can eavesdrop but... probably a lot of paranoia on that part.

"Um, yeah? He has like fifty of them, that's not really news."

So, uh, I'm a little lost. Or it's been awhile, I don't know. How did we know Azazel is with the Disciples? And did we always have a way to communicate telepathically with Gabriel?

My personal theory is that Azazel is the one angel that Gabriel said could lie. So I'm thinking the prophecy itself is something he made up because the first thing he said about it is that he can't see Kohaku's fate:
"Your child's fate is obscured to me, but she will bring unto you a Messiah." Azazel says, "Then, the world as you know it... Will crumble away. In it's place, the new world shall rise."
Meaning either he can see, or he can't but knows why.

Either way, if he is still around and playing games, either he gives zero fucks what happens here. Or his goal is Yumi.

Also, the dude canonically fucks.

Azazel

Azazel is a demon in the series. Azazel ("God strengthens" or "Arrogant to God"), also known as Hazazel, Azazil or Azael, is one of the leaders of the grigori, a group of fallen angels in Hebrew lore who married with female humans and in the process produced the nephilim and a fallen member of...

Thanks for the tip. I just read the side-chapter, and going through it...I kinda think that Azazel just told Father Hino how he gets his ass kicked in the future, to get back at him for trapping him in a summoning circle. Like, if we assume the Messiah is Yumi, and then Yumi shatters his worldview, then technically everything Azazel said would be true.

Can you please supply a quote that says the worlds are fusing. I know the barrier is breaking down but for the life of me, I have no memory of it being said they are fusing.
It's never stated, but I'm thinking it's the logical order of events for things to occur if left unchecked. What do you think happens if the barrier breaks down completely? As of right now, it's a few cracks having the changes that it has on the World.

Besides, I said possibly. Means it could but isn't happening right now.

It depends on the nature of the "barrier." Because it can be an actual barrier. As in a mystical wall that prevents things from passing through it. Like the fence in my backyard, just because it got torn down doesn't mean my yard and my neighbors yard have merged together.

I always figured they occupied the same space which is where the comes from in my mind.

Less the fence breaking down, more like your Neighbor's yard spawns on top of your own. Like having the floor of a garden that someone cares far break and the entire garden falls into your yard.

The fence idea implies there's a space in-between worlds as well which could very well be a thing, it just depends. If a fence breaks down, the space where it used to occupy still exists.

I mean, 99.99% of irl fences don't sit between properties. They sit on one or the other.
