I'd switch this to "Mobility" to encapsulate both general travel jutsu like reverse summons, as well as high speed options like body flicker and swift release.
And this into "Sensory" which better encapsulates genjutsu which can deceive the mind, and techniques like chakra sensing or metal sensing Kasumi would be capable of from magnet chakra nature.
"Sealing Arts" would be better as it covers not only summon but also things like manufacturing explosive tags and storage scrolls, as well as a slew of other Fuinjutsu related activities.

Thank you. I appreciate the help

Crossover Material
I want it to be known that I am keeping the quest in the setting/world of Naruto while there will be elements from Star Trek and Warhammer 40k the most we will get on their current universes are the aftermath of the ships disappearing and flash backs to the inhabitance of those ships past so no going to the Warp, 40ks setting or Star Treks setting.

I will be using canon material though the characters on the ships will be my own though you can create npcs for the ships or from other parts of the naruto world.

Any short stories by you guys will provide a reward from me.

There won't be other ships then those which entered threw the event that brought the space hulk to the world. Though you can have individuals leave the space hulk like say if you wanna write a short story about a klingon becoming a samurai

Alright elemental rail gunner it is but I wander did she always have these combined natures most people at most would have only one? I wonder if it was the ship or someone in the Mist wanted to create a weapon!? Still good good

Prologue: Chapter 5
The 'Ship' rather then one single vessel it was an amalgam of maybe have a dozen ships which were merged together but the 'Ship' worked or possibly the metal mountain which according to Astronomers have fallen 2 weeks ago, it's fall from the sky was unprecedented oh sure meteorites fell but this was something much more, something more powerful, when she heard of this mass of metal falling from the skies she had to see it herself and gathered her followers a mostly motley of favor owing civilians she collected some from the hidden mists like her some not. When it fell from the sky it fell with such force and heat it pounded the massive jungle to ash and splinters, what little of the jungle remained could be manageable maybe in time made into farm land. Still this massive thing was like a twisted mountain and it needed to be explored.
She could try to carve out a part of its internal caverns and then eventually all of it. It would fit her uses nicely.

I had a lot more wrote down but i lost it sadly still heres the flaws you can get 10 points worth of flaws these points will become bonus points for buying merits and powers, you will already have 10 points so if you take 10 points of flaws that would be 20.

PHYSICAL FLAWS

Arthritic (1 pt. Flaw) ( )
You've got arthritis. +1 diff to anything that requires fine and careful touch.

Low Alcohol Tolerance (1 pt. Flaw) ( )
Alcohol goes straight to your head. Double any penalties you suffer for consuming alcohol.

No Sense of Smell (1 pt. Flaw) ( )
You can't smell anything. Your sense of taste is muted, too.

No Sense of Taste (1 pt. Flaw) ( )
You can't taste anything.

Poor Eyesight (1 pt. Flaw)
+2 difficulty to all sight-related tasks.

Poor Hearing (1 or 3 pt. Flaw) ( )
+2 difficulty to all hearing-related tasks.

Obese (2 pt. Flaw) ( )
You are seriously overweight. +2 diff to Athletics rolls

Old Injury (2 pt. Flaw) ( )
Your body was hurt long ago, and you feel the pain. +2 diff to Athletics rolls.

Poor Night Vision (2 pt. Flaw) ( )
Your night vision sucks. +2 diff to any actions made in dim light or starlight (or worse).

Chronic Illness (4 pt. Flaw) ( )
You suffer from a debilitating illness. +2 to Athletics and soak difficulties.

SOCIAL FLAWS
Bad Liar (1 pt. Flaw) ( )
You have tremendous trouble lying. +2 difficulty to any roll involving verbal deception

Phobia (2pt. Flaw) ( )
You have an overpowering fear of something. Spiders, snakes, crowds, and heights are examples of common phobias. You lose a single point of willpower every time you encounter the object of your fear.

Enemy (1-5pt. Flaw) ( )
You have an enemy, or perhaps a group of enemies, who seek to harm you. The power of the enemy depends upon how many points the player wishes to spend (five points indicate the wrath of a Eldar Star, Yonko or other potent foe).

Rivalry (1-5pt. Flaw) ( )
Someone hates you so much that they cannot bear to leave you alone. The scale of this Flaw is similar to that of the Enemy Flaw (see above), but your Rival is not interested in seeing you dead. Rather, a Rival desires only to make your unlife as troublesome and hellish as possible. At lower point value, the Rival may also be a friend who arrives at precisely the worst moment to steal your thunder or make you embarrassed. At higher levels, your Rival loses sleep planning how to make your life miserable.

Lustful (2 pt. Flaw) ( )
You can't resist advances of the appropriate gender. –2 difficulty on any Seduction attempts against you. Gender or genders must be stated when picking this one.

Greedy (3 pt. Flaw) ( )
Your are concerned about nothing but money. You must make a Wits + Subterfuge roll vs. 7 or 8 to resist taking a bribe.

Hunted Like a Dog (3pt. Flaw) ( )
Another faction such as a Hidden Village, minor country or group has decided that you're a target for extermination, and pursues you relentlessly. On the bright side, the enemies of your enemy may well wish to help you out, potentially garnering you allies. Must put down what group is after you if you choose this. Cannot be the hidden mists chosen as they are already hunting you.

MENTAL FLAWS
Vengeful (2pt. Flaw) ( )
You have a score to settle, incurred either during your mortal days or after the Embrace. You are obsessed with taking your revenge on an individual or group, and it is your overriding priority in any situation where you encounter the object of your revenge. You may temporarily resist your need for vengeance by spending a Willpower point.

Weak-Willed (4pt. Flaw) ( )
You are highly susceptible to mental subjugation by others; your difficulties to resist Social abilities such as Intimidation or Subterfuge, as well as mind-altering powers or magic, are increased by two. Your Willpower Trait may never rise above 4.

Addiction ( )
(1 or 3 points)
Your pc suffers an addiction to some substance, such as nicotine, alcohol or some hard drug. If the substance is relatively trivial and easily obtained, this Flaw is worth one point, and it probably won't cause any game-related difficulties. If the substance is illegal, dangerous or liable to cause health or psychological problems, the Flaw is worth three points. Some pc may be addicted to extremely unusual or magical substances. Although such substances generally don't assess any penalty, they may count as a severe pc due to their unusual nature.
A pirate who can't get his fix will go through withdrawal, with penalties assessed by the Storyteller.

SUPERNATURAL FLAWS
Beacon of the Unholy (2pt. Flaw) ( )
You radiate palpable evil. Clergy and devout mortals know instinctively that there is something horribly wrong with you, and react accordingly.

Unholy Stain (3 pt. Flaw) ( )
Your soul is stained with sacrilege. Some are born or made this way; more earn the stain through wicked oaths and foul deeds. When interacting with any Normal Person, your Social difficulties increase by one, as people feel unnaturally ill at ease in your presence. Additionally, people of faith feel compelled to hostility when in your proximity. Their initial stance towards you is always aggressive, and it takes little to provoke them to violence. Mortals with True Faith will recognize you on sight, and often attack.

[X] Plan Foes Make the Journey Interesting (+10 points)

-[X] Enemy (1-5pt. Flaw) (3)
-[X] Rivalry (1-5pt. Flaw) (3)

So I was going to roll a 1d31 and accept whatever village I rolled, but then asked myself, who's everyone's biggest pain in the ass and responsible for half the sob stories in Naruto? Danzo. Danzo is my kind of enemy and realistically he'd make a pest of himself sooner or later, so let's just set him up to be a major annoyance from the get go. Hell, Kiri chakra nature collaboration between some prick and Danzo is as good an explanation as any for our many chakra natures. Honestly, it just feels good to Blame Danzo.

Good idea mad science mad another mad scientist and now she's on the road with a treasure trove Danzo would want. He's yet to go threw eye surgery btw since the Uchiha mass murder has not happened yet.

So yes it's possible to recruit Uchiha to your village though it would take a lot of good rolls and effort.

I'm mostly done with merits, I am just working on some Chakra merits and an eye power, I might have more then 1 eye power later but now it's just one which is the Warp Eye of the Navigators from 40k which would let you travel vast distances and drive people mad.
I was originally considering putting the Naruto eye Powers in there but I decided against it because then I know for fact everyone would just take them.
Though getting a Bakugan or Sharingan is possible afternoon all you are a mad scientist kinda Kage.

I am gonna have to put merits on the back burner since ive come up with some extra merits and am still thinking about them. Which isnt a surprise naruto and warhammer give a lot of possibilities. Still I got Location and Languges to send next.
Once I got merits its powers/Jutsus.
Effectively Power Types is what you can do and Jutsu is flavoring in how you acomplish that. Obviously other Jutsus with unique effects will be learnable in the turns proper but im taking this one at a time.
Each turn is a month of time.

So since only root was sugjested ill find/make individuals for the enemy and rivalry

They finally got to rest from the long traveling and found the ship, now her followers were making some limited housing outside the ship, they would of course move in but only when it proved to be removed of danger.
And what a danger! She looked at the corpse of a strange long tongued beast that was not from this world it resembled an ant eater but with large claws and a many toothed maw. She pulled her kunai from its neck and noded to her companions.
As she walked inside threw the large cracked opening she looked at the green metal walls and smiled such advanced machines would be very, very useful in removing her many perusers.

Where is the ship? Chose one.
North:Close to the land of earth/Hidden Stone village. Danger level High, Information level low. Has a high chance of recruiting rouge stone nin. ( )

West:Close to the land of wind/hidden sand village. Danger Level Low, Information level low. Has a chance of recruiting rouge sand nin including a certain Puppet Lad ( )

East:Close to the land of Water/Hidden mist danger level:Very High, Information Level:High, Not suggested. Has a chance of recruiting more Refugees then normal. ( )

South:close to the land of fire/hidden leaf. Danger Level:High, Information Level:Low, has a chance of recruiting hidden leaf rouge nin. Might get blitzed by the Yellow Flash. ( )

I decided to have languages be you intelligence rounded down plus lingustics so 5 so choose 3

Common
Automatic

Hand Signs
All Jutsus Require it.
Automatic

Silly Hand Signs ( )
Requirements:Hand Signs
Has the potential to create and learn 'Meme' Jutsu. Klingons hate this. Harlequins love this.
Examples include the devil horns, middle finger and double middle finger.

Battle Signs ( )
Every single major and minor village has some variation on a sign language for

Eldar Lexicon ( )
Requirements:Intelligence 4 or Perception 4,
The Eldar Language is highly advanced and almost impossible to understand for lesser races. Many references draw upon the Eldar psyche, mythical figures, and long-lost events. The Eldar also communicate with pose and gesture, it is possible for two Eldar to have full conversations without saying a word to one another.

Dark Tongue ( )
The Dark Tongue, sometimes called the Black Speech, is the language of Chaos, spoken by its mortal and daemonic servants and followers. It is the only language that can adequately express the mysteries of Chaos, capturing the mystical and the arcane in ways that no other language can. Speaking the Dark Tongue does not (always) attract the attention of the Dark Gods.

Klingon ( )
Klingonese (also known more commonly as "Klingon") was the language used by the Klingon species and throughout the Klingon Empire. It was boasted that half the quadrant was learning the language by the mid-23rd century.

Mist-Tongue ( )
Requires:Mist Village
An ever evolving language of secret codes and phrases used by the hidden mist village. Needed to decode Mist Ninja Village messages. If not chosen its assumed it has evolved past your knowledge of it.

A short one to be sure. But I was limited on time.

Not really interested. Onoki is a grumpy old bitch, and I already made one of those our enemy.
West:Close to the land of wind/hidden sand village. Danger Level Low, Information level low. Has a chance of recruiting rouge sand nin including a certain Puppet Lad ( )
Interesting. Probably a solid option, and the village hidden in the sand is weakening post 3rd death.
East:Close to the land of Water/Hidden mist danger level:Very High, Information Level:High, Not suggested. Has a chance of recruiting more Refugees then normal. ( )
On one hand, very tough, on the other hand I made a Speed, Stealth, Ranged specialist with Magnet and Swift, and once we are in the ship and fix it's life support we can probably flood the region it's in and create a lake to hide our location.
South:close to the land of fire/hidden leaf. Danger Level:High, Information Level:Low, has a chance of recruiting hidden leaf rouge nin. Might get blitzed by the Yellow Flash. ( )
I would so love to poke Danzo like this, and while the "Yellow Flash" is faster than our mc, barely, the technique is largely dependent on a style featuring special Kunai, and MC has Magnet. Sort of a draw slightly in our favor at that point. This would be an Ideal location to interfere in the Uchiha Massacre and maybe force Itachi to join a different missing nin organization, with much less leeway to play double agent.

[X] Eldar Lexicon
If there is a special language you need to pass a check to know in character generation, it's usually a bitch to learn outside it. Best to get it now.

[x] Battle Signs
[x] Mist-Tongue

Makes sense.

[X] East:Close to the land of Water/Hidden mist danger level:Very High, Information Level:High, Not suggested. Has a chance of recruiting more Refugees then normal.

I like to live dangerously, and interfere in plots when it amuses me. Either I ruin Tobi's day by interfering in the Uchiha Massacre, or I ruin Tobi's day by removing his pawn in control of the land of hidden mist.
