I knew it wasn't them before the reveal, just from the little tidbit of their smallest ship being bigger than an Imperial Cruiser.

The Salamanders are supposed to be the nicest of the Founding Chapters, yet whenever Eldar are involved they burn everything with EXTREME prejudice (more than usual at least).

We could be all peace and love for all strains of humanity and still be violently xenocidal.

New Converts! Ideally, we also use this to springboard our education initiatives (and further unify with how we're going to deal with the Motive Force, because that also covers our technology) but if not its still resources and potential new allies/converts.

Guys you aren't being Crazy enought, what if we use the SPACE MURINE genes and make ALIENS SPACE MURINES them we can go all fine and dandy to PURGE THE HERETIC, MURDER THE TRAITOR AND KILL THE CHAOS i'm sure this will go alright with the Imperium i have read that their God-Emperor is a nice guy what could go wrong with this ?
