I think the Grand Caster plan should probably specify to only remind Penelope of Damien if Solomon believes this will go well. I don't think it's obvious from our vantage whether he would believe this; Sure, Penelope has the power to go for a suitable solution, but Would she use them like that, or in some other way which unexpectedly makes the situation worse somehow? Would she settle for the greatest impact she is totally confident won't backfire, or just aim for the greatest impact?
I'm also generally inclined against the leap-to-romance direction of Grand Caster without 'Says no to Harems', but it's not really a tactical thing, so there's not much to say there.
I think on the whole, I'd consider best something like...
[X] Plan Investigateandbond-And-Explore-And-Head-Off-Problems-and-get-a-cool-outfit-and-maybe-Remedial-and-remember-the-cups-discount-exists
-[X] Full disclosure
-[X] Exploration
--[X] Join the Club
-[X] Ask Samantha for a cool outfit with whatever optimisations have been suggested or Solomon thinks best. Also teleport places when Solomon feels like it (Maybe this can develop into a technique or something but I doubt it), but don't move from the dorm to a tower unless Solomon thinks Harrison would come with.
-[X] Bonding: Penelope
--[X] Ask Penelope to investigate the Apostles
--[X] If Solomon confidently believes Penelope can effectively handle (or at least definitely not worsen)the Damien situation given however much advice he can currently give, remind her of the Damien situation and give any useful advice.
-[X] If Penelope has not been reminded of the Damien situation, Bonding: Damien. Otherwise, Classwork: Remedial.
-[X] If the Cups Discount can be accumulated across turns for a single cumulative or pending action, apply it to Improve Curriculum. (or, in the highly unlikely event it's permanent, linear, and no greater than 5, apply it to Bonding). Otherwise, apply it to Exploration, unless Exploration - Join The Club costs 10 Will (it's Slightly ambiguous) and you took Remedial Classwork, in which case apply it to that.
(Harrison has been a fine roommate and passive social actions are a good thing. Honestly, it might even be worth it if he did resume his originally-advertised forced activities; we can now handle the Will cost better and it helps action economy, since it doesn't cost Actions.and with Eldritch doing exercise probably wouldn't cost as much Will anyway)

So it looks like the top two votes have full disclosure, we should probably figure out how we want to deal with the attention. Sol's predictions and connections should let us tell who's only interested in us for our power, but we might have issues if our upperclassmen try to pick a fight or play games with us
A relationship requires active action, though? Even if a person keeps saying 'hey let's be friends', I'd think the path of least Will would be to ignore them, or at most to cast a spell to mute and repel them. I don't really see how it would take Will to not date someone. The greater issue may be that even if he knows it's primarily for his power, he may accept or be socially steamrolled into a relationship anyway, given what happened with Grace. Or at the very least we may be forced to spend Will fending off something we could have trivially pre-empted by being proactive.
Given his reaction to Grace and Stella earlier, he may well be fine with being gold-dug, but does that mean we're fine with it - or with spending Will to fend off such maneuvering? Despair!Sol also doesn't care about reaching his full potential or surpassing Meta, but many players clearly do. I'd much rather head off the risk than be forced to clean up after the fact.
The honey candy incident makes it clear that people will move to exploit Sol if he demonstrates valuable assets, and Sol is not particularly inclined to spend effort defending himself. It certainly seems possible that, given Full Disclosure, Sol may end up passively acquiescing to a relationship he doesn't mind, but we very much do, and which would not be as healthy for him as with a less exploitative partner.
No, this reframe loses a lot of nuance. Let's just accept Birdsie's original words: if he didn't think it would end calamitously, he'd 'settle for anything.' This implies a far greater degree of motivation (or desperation) than your optimistic reframing.
The association with a long term commitment that will require repeated investment vs someone taking candy he didn't even like is an extreme stretch. One requires zero input on his part afterwards, and the other requires a continuous investment of time and energy. It's a baseless claim.
sol's able to tell the color of underwear someones wearing based on eye blinks he honestly knows more about some of his classmates than they know about themselves.Realistically, Penny would be the only option, she's had like, the most screentime already. And the most relationship +s
No that's literally an example birdsie gave this is the kind of life solomons lived most of his life.
If people really want to date someone to protect Sol from falling into the same trap Solomon did, you could do far worse than the Nuclear Powered Maiar.
