1)Mab is also Fae, and has restrictions.
Read the Cold Case short story again, and note where Molly would try to volunteer stuff and find herself physically incapable of doing it. Or look at chapter 44 of Skin Game, where Mab took Winter Knight Dresden to Odin to seek advice about things she knew herself, but apparently couldn't talk about.
We need to volunteer this stuff if we dont want to risk miscommunications.
2)We're volunteering to use Sapphire Ritual on the victims.
Nemesis will know who we are anyway, even if it doesnt already do so.
3)Its canon for this quest that the previous Queen of Summer was poisoned and driven mad, then killed the Queen of Winter. And its certainly canonically possible to Nfest someone before they become Winter Queen; that was apparently one of the potential plans with canon Maeve.
However, we dont know if its even possible to Nfest a sitting Winter Queen.
We see Mab carrying the athame that was used to Nfest Lea in canon, and she carried it without harm or injury.
There's certainly no indication its possible to Nfest Mother Winter.
She's at a different level of power than Mab or Maeve, and nothing suggests she has the same vulnerabilities.

BTW I'm thinking of ending this arc once we get past Halloween so we can start the next one on the plan vote so you guys might want to start thinking of Hells again.

It's one thing if he ginds out as soon as Maeve is captured and being excorcised.
If he finds out now he could go maximum-damage mode with the limited time he has available until Mab captures and we help his puppets in the Winter Court.
Mab can say "would you maybe want to clarify that? Who is your enemy that you are so sure is mine as well?". She can also say "it is safe to name names here". That would be enough. @DragonParadox as far as Molly knows, can Mab ask for a clarification or assure us it's safe to name names without incurring any sort of obligation? To me it seems she should be able to, otherwise her ability to negotiate would be way too hampered.
We absolutely need to get Maeve with it, though. And, if Nemesis learns what happens too early, and depending on how much control it has, stuff like "Maeve escapes somewhere and can't be found", "Maeve shatters / destroys / corrupts Winter's most precious power sources / artifacts / locations", "Maeve suicides to transfer her mantle to... I don't know, a Greater Akuma", and "Maeve suicides to use her mantle as a fuel for darkhallow" are all on the table. I don't much care that it learns afterwards, as you say, it is unavoidable. But I want to give Mab time to conduct her own investigation.
It's possible to infest the Lady (both Summer and Winter Ladies have been infested in canon), and I don't think Queen or Mother is qualitatively different. They are shards of the same thing.

Now that I think about it, I wonder if what got Mab surprised was feeling our almost ready kingdom in our soul, that would definitely be something worthy of a double take.

If we don't get enough for the kingdom, I am tempted to just drop everything into Craft 5 and technology excellency (11 points total), just so we can finish the Last Station and Odin's payment to the best of our ability. We are basically advertising our services to the high and mighty now - to Mab as exorcists, and to Odin as a craftswoman. We should do our best. And at 22 dice (18 + 2 WHWH + 2 stunt) at E3, with 10s counting as two successes, we have a chance to breach 20 successes. From there it would be "you need magical materials", and we could probably take payment in percentages of materials provided.
More realistically, if we are hunting naagloshii, we could go for Essence-Dissecting Stare. Or Seeing is Blindness if we are not worried about tracking it (get Lydia the tracking charm?).

If it was so, it would have already done this. Nemesis appears to have limits on how much effort it can expend at a time.
That is quite an assumption.
Mab is Fae.
She has restrictions on behaviors and what she can say in some situations, like we saw in Skin Game.
She explicitly has limits in how she can act towards other Royalty.
And she can totally misconstrue stuff; to quote Butcher:

This is too important to leave room for error when we dont have to.
Yes we do need to get Maeve.
However mentioning Nemesis name does not automatically mean that it learns everything we have been discussing.
It just means Molly knows the name.
Furthermore, if any of that was possible, Aurora would already have tried it back in Summer Knight.
Instead she went to all the trouble of murdering her own Knight and arranging her timing to get access to the Stone Table at a solstice.
Doing shit to a Court is HARD; thats why Maeve's plan in Cold Days was to go after Demonreach with Lily's help, not to attempt to fuck with Winter.
Butcher's tier power list explicitly puts the Ladies well below the Queens, and the Queens below the Mothers.
For the purposes of this quest, I dont know if its been established, but by description the Mothers quite likely fit as Celestines, compared to Mab and Titania's Incarna.
So I would not assume that something capable of corrupting a Lady can grab a Queen.
Let alone a Mother.

It would have been priority number one each time Nemesis got its tentacle on first Aurora, and then Maeve, to corrupt their parents. Yet both times they didn't even try. Which suggests Nemesis knew it wouldn't work.
Think of it this way:
Peabody was able to mind control young wizards, but it did not give him the ability to brainwash old wizards.

It means that there's a chance it can listen in on what we are saying from that moment on in probably a scene-long charm-like effect.
Nemesis was still maintaining cover at that time. If it knows that the cover is blown, it can act in different ways.
Fairly sure it's not a matter of power. At least not directly.

Mab explicitly has protection against being snooped on by Anduriel, who is a major Fallen Angel.
Nemesis cant be any better. If Nemesis could spy on her, this Creation would have already fallen due to the sheer strategic importance of intelligence on enemy commanders and their decision making.
Nemesis and its comrades has always been known to the major players. They are known to be around.
And it gives zero fucks about cover as long as it accomplishes its goals.
It wouldn't have prioritized maintaining cover if it got the opportunity to, say, attempt to take out Mab; indeed, thats what happened with Lea when she was infested, she tried to go up against Mab, and Mab smacked her down.
So, again, the fact that its never tried to infest either Queen suggests it cant do it.
At least not under normal circumstances.
Reasonably sure qualitative as well as quantitative power has a part to play.

Also the Akuma we gave to the Library Of Congress. We wanted to make sure they weren't subverted or torturing them or something.
I'd be tempted to save more because we're supposed to be moving to shorter arcs. We might not be seeing 20 exp out of a single arc very often anymore.
