Depends on what you buy with them, I need a bit more to go on than just a blanket statement.

An example was getting another infiltrator directed here for backup. The cost is only gonna be 10 Exatari Alloys and one of the MC actions, and with more resources, we are gonna find more things to spend them on and raise our upkeep along the way, so any cheap action with no DC, is still worth it
Also what will Massive Investment from Exatari Favors do?
Getting a other infiltrator would be nice, but i think the GM said at somepoint that is was not something we could do, buy maybe that has changeAn example was getting another infiltrator directed here for backup.
Uhhh. I'm counting more than three personal actions, which would make our wounds worse and stop us from regenerating. Also, I thought we were assigning our current Heart to Harkar to better finish the fortifications.
Here's the reference:Getting a other infiltrator would be nice, but i think the GM said at somepoint that is was not something we could do, buy maybe that has change
You would need over 500 Favor to be able to drag out another Scholar of any type, 750 for Eternity or Ending due to their more active souls. Also yes, Ending and Eternity always suffer those effects, it's a matter of how psyker/blank powers interact with Exatari brains. Honestly your best chance is to go insane, doing that in a controlled manner would result in the best long term outcome.
Yeah, figured, just using it as a metric of how serious serious investment is. Some more alloys and an LM Blueprint for Meta Shields would be nice, though not immediately necessary.I will say that getting another Exatari is possible, but it would not be the best move since it would reduce max suspicion. Two beings that look and have generally the same level of skills so far beyond the norm for humanity would be rather suspicious.
The Heart Forge costs 50[X] Plan I Still Serve
seems like we are gonna lose a lot Suspicion from this plan, might be a good idea to add something that cost a lot Suspicion
It's a locked action, so we can't change that. Also, I think even if the Pathfinders did want to see us, it would cost an action anyway, much like CadiaDo we need to contact the pathfinders? I thought they were gonna get a hold of us on their own. Wouldn't it be better to work on the next style we need?
The info post has them with a bonus of +10 and one action per 2 bonus but in the planning vote the old values are still there.Private Army: Can undertake Martial Actions when on world with a bonus of 5

It does not require 2 Atraxas actions, that part can be done by anyone technologically competent.Redesign Osiris' frame requires two actions:
(Suspicion: -40) (Resource Cost: 10) (DC: 50) (Special: Requires 2 actions, does not gain extra dice)
(Effect: Osiris is much happier, has a slightly better view of Atraxas, is less likely to spill the secret, is more willing to be seen and act)
The private army can in fact be shifted around due to its nature as a non singular force. All 5 army actions are locked into the void fortifications so the PDF cant be started this turn
Nameria can take extra actions at a cost to her bonus.

As we are spending and earning resources in their hundreds buying these cheap ones for admech favor to see if having them increase the army bonus might be worth itLight Tanks (Resources: 10. Upkeep: 5 Military Services. DC: 25)
Light Vehicles (Resources: 5. Upkeep: 5 Military Services. DC: 25)
Vehicles (Resources: 5. Upkeep: 1 Military Services. DC: 25)
Us learning more about Grav has dropped the upkeep here from 25 to 10.
10 FavorHow much Favor is required to get an Archmagos to perform an action?
You would need to build them a notable base for that.is there a way we can keep the Norastye options open each turn?
It's something else, look back to the update where Atraxas discovered Ruin and the last part of it. The Star of Shogi is protected by Atraxas' presence.
Atraxas protecting the Star? I don't see the direct reference, but I'm not surprised and good to know.I did not know what the nature of the human Emperor was, but I understood enough that he would not provide such a noticeable warning for anything less than a real danger. Nameria was clear in this being an anomaly for him and I would accept her at her word. In the end all possibilities returned to a conclusion I had wished to not reach: the most likely force coming would include at least one being on par with Vor'khul'arak's might or even possibly his better.
Reality shivered as I pondered that thought. Space itself screamed so silently that only I could hear. I knew that the humans noticed it not, but I could feel something within my flesh screaming in rejection of something new. A foulness that had not been present a moment before now lingered upon existence. I knew that Araahal felt it as the gun flared with power before settling down in what seemed to be confusion. The golden embers on my flesh dimmed unnaturally as the silent wave passed over me, and reality itself was made darker. Something truly foul had entered the universe in response to my actions, showing a path to the victory Chaos so sought.
Denied access to the power of Ruin by their own nature for so long, now it dangled before them as a tempting treat. If I failed and the secrets fell into Chaos' hands, the balance of power would shift irreversibly towards them. I stood up as I stared outward. I never cowered before and I would not start now. I will stand against all that Chaos might throw at me and prevent them from taking the secrets of Ruin at any cost.
@Leon12431, I'm assuming that System Overhaul needs to be done before any given Megaproject to gain benefits, but I'm curious about the rest of these. That is, if we don't finish Shadows and Medical Care and Divinity until after Megaproject 1, are we inherently losing some of the possible maximum bonus?Reformation of the shadows ... every stage of the Matryoshka System completed will increase stage of the Internal Spynet by 2
Foundational Medical Care ... genetic profiling begins and expands with every stage of the Matryoshka System completed, Health gains +2 per stage completed
System Overhaul ... all infrastructure and Megaproject actions have their resource costs reduced by 10%
Divinity: ... improve Megaproject effects
@Leon12431 Are there any actions that Created Assistants could take that would bypass this automatic suspicion cost? Something offworld? Something in a private lab (not yet constructed)? Something funded with Hidden Wealth?Create trustworthy assistants (Learning) - Why should you try to find a human to aid you when you could simply make one from scratch? The technology to do so is forbidden by Imperial law as you understand it, but if kept secret, you would not have to fear betrayal and exposure by them.
(Suspicion: 15) (Resource Cost: 40) (DC: 60)
(Result: Gain an extra action in each category barring Personal, these actions are done with 1/5 of your Learning and increase suspicion on actions by 10)
Attention planners: If and when we can somehow get this, it will be incredibly valuable...Life: When overspending actions lose a wound for every other action taken (1,3,5,7...), allows for much more effective healing devices and technology relating to mutant/abhumans (DC500)
So next turn we contact them next turn and build them a base
It's more that if you finish the Megaproject first it makes those harder to do since you have to patch holes that would otherwise have been done predicted and filled in prior.@Leon12431, I'm assuming that System Overhaul needs to be done before any given Megaproject to gain benefits, but I'm curious about the rest of these. If you built a hidden heart forge with hidden wealth that would in fact reduce the suspicion, but you would have to forge documents as well to fully negate it.@Leon12431 Are there any actions that Created Assistants could take that would bypass this automatic suspicion cost? Focus on the second paragraph of what you quoted, that is what I was referencing Atraxas' reaction to the event. That is anomalous.Atraxas protecting the Star? I don't see the direct reference, but I'm not surprised and good to know.
As long as you were careful and had taken reasonable precautions such as grabbing people from outside the sector or from other Subsectors, you could get away with little to no suspicion. Well unless you go hog wild and get like a 1000 blanks or something equally stupid. But you can easily do a bit of paperwork fuckery to hide around ten to twenty blanks per turn up to a max of around 200 per century before anyone starts getting overly suspicious.@Leon12431, how much suspicion would using an Awakening Chamber to create a combat relevant number of Blanks in our private army be?
Also, are there any ways to increase sus-cap?
