The resurrection of the Quest Climbing the Ladder of Production, originally created by @Moist Bread

Hive worlds are home to the vast unending masses of humanity in a galaxy filled with horrors and enemies. You a minor Nobel from a minor house have been awarded by the planetary governor the unenviable task of bring back to life a long forgotten and rundown manufactorum plant deep in the lower levels of the hive in a bid to meet the ever increasing quotas set by the administratum. Will you be able to drag yourself out of dark to claim a place as the Planetary Governor, or will you fail and be forgotten?

Horatio is such a meme character 10 points for grifindor!

I'm honestly surprised we've only had one new character so far. Would the people choosing to keep the old character like to give an image for said character?

[X] Plan: the Most Beautiful Man in the World

Humanity is sinful and dirty, what we need is more Horatios to create paradise.

The decent begins
Ok the vote seems pretty lopsided, so im closing the vote a little early. Now on to the next couple decisions you will need to make for your future as a Industrial Magnate.
Winning Vote:

-[X] House Torus has long been the power behind the thrown of the planetary governor. Members of this house can be found in any department of the planetary government. Any child of this house will not lack for skilled labor or favors.

High above the polluted clouds surrounding hive Octamis are the spires that the nobility inhabits. Their exteriors are covered with intricate gothic themed facades and their interiors filled with quantities of wealth only a world dedicated to the extraction of every ounce of value from any material without remorse could generate. You are Sabutai Blum and you stand in a glass elevator speeding down the side family's glamorous perch in the spires descending into the darkness of the hive to face what will be the trial of your life. In your hands you hold the deed of ownership to the newly christened manufacturom #892 bestowed upon you by the planetary governor but forced upon you by the machinations of a envious family member whom pulled the strings of power to remove your from their path. Before you through the glass of the heavily ornamented elevator you can see radiant beams of sunlight reflecting from the spires ornamentation but as your elevator keeps descending into the twilight of the unending pollution emanating from the lower levels the buildings before you become stained and the ornamentation becomes marred by time.

As your elevator lands in the grand Concourse where the workers that keep the world running get processed to enter the upper spires to carry out their jobs as the nobilities servants and entertainers you are joined by an armed bodyguard detail. The detail is composed of 150 seasoned men hired from the planetary defense force not because you want them as a show of power and wealth like many nobility are likely to do but because you need them as you wont be staying in the midlevel's no you are to enter the lower hive where manufacturum #892 and your destiny resides. Should you fail the furry of the planetary governor will land upon you without mercy, but should you succeed in getting water from a stone you will be catapulted from a near unknown to one of the preeminent members of the nobility.

How deep is manufacturum #892

[ ] Near the top of the lower hive: you are not likely to find anything of note in the long forgotten machinery but the start up difficulty to the production line will be lower.

[ ] Near the middle of the lower hive: This area is low enough that something could have been missed by the scavengers but your operation will have difficulty starting up and will likely be beset by an unending stream of gangs.

[ ] The lower levels: It is quite likely that something of great value remains in the ruins but your operation will have to fight for its life and you will be constantly fighting off an unending tide of gangs, mutants and beasts.

[ ] The hive foundations: You don't even know how the mechanicus expedition that discovered the manufacturrum managed to clear its way down here. Down in the darkness of the hives foundation there could be wondrous treasure hidden from sunlight for millennia but be ware for all great treasures are defended by equally great beasts and those whom have nothing else in the world but the darkness.
