Let's not do this, Guys.
I have no wish to play an Evil Monster that will blow up the World for kicks.
Also, this feels out of Character and way too disproportionate. Didn't we only make Enemies with China and the USSR? Why are we threatening the entire World now? We were doing so well, let's not toss it all away out of some misguided desire for playing a Cartoon Villain.
Also, making Superpowers beg is much more satisfying then destroying them.

Hell they want us to be a super villain to make themselves feel better about trying to turn us into glass.
We have proven we are not.
Only that we managed to make two of the most curropt counties and nuclear powers that not only are their nations broken, that a micronation has taken over all their nukes... but did so after humiliating them on the international stage.
China and Russia are no longer world powers.
They are just regional powers that are corrupt and broken, with nuclear weapons.
And soon, maybe not even that.

While there will be a lot of radiation damage and parts of the world may be uninhabited for the next century, they will not cause a nuclear winter that will destroy all of civilization.
In fact, the physical damage on the earth will be relatively minor.
