well i think inferstucher is important anyone want to express themselves on a course of actoin i will say that we dont want anyone to know we are here untill we are ready
 
This looks soooo promising. I sadly lack the time to check both plans, so I will have to skip this one.

Do we already know the size of our population?

basic outline of a plan thoughts guys

[X] plan Firsts day at Everest base camp

[X] An Advanced Lift and Train
[X]Settle Disputes as they come: The Clan is in a new land but that does not change that your kin are a prickly people and without a level headed leader are more than likely to fight one another when things get boring. Sadly the lack of a proper Warriors hall that is likely to occur quite a lot but your sure you can keep the peace if you watch over them carefully.

[X]Establish patrol routes: Establish routes for patrols in the surrounding area so that your Warriors of the Hold may keep the area secure from any unknown Threats.

[X] Build a Hold Entrance: The Clan lives within a Cavern and while it is a good place to begin the Hold will need a proper gate to be carved and built so that any foe that tries to harm the Clan will find more trouble than they think as a Strong Gate and Towers will bar their way.

Well, you hoped they did.

[X]Spend Time with your friend's: The War against Chaos saw many of your kin and friends fall in battle but you survived and made many friends among the clan despite their age gap. Still the duties of both a Thane and that of your friends offers little time to spend with them but you have some free time and setting up a few meetings should be more than possible.

[X]Focus some effort on a project: Much work will be required to establish a hold but you are sure that if you lend a hand out somewhere that more can be done even if it will not be easy. (Double Down on a project that the clan is working on.)

OK so let's try a hand at planning. We are currently in the middle of nowhere and have very little knowledge of the world around us so the plan will focus on the basics fence

[X] Plan Back to the Basics
-[X]A Speech to help keep the Clans spirits up: A New Land maybe daunting but your optimistic that things will turn around especially with all the new things that can be discovered. Though you will admit that the Thaught of been a little lost is daunting you are sure that there will be away.
-[X]Test your warriors to see who is the best among them so that he can help lead: The Throng has suffered much in recent wars both against chaos and then the urk. Still, there are a few elders among the clan and you are sure one of them has plenty of experience in both leading and Training.
-[X] Build a Hold Entrance: The Clan lives within a Cavern and while it is a good place to begin the Hold will need a proper gate to be carved and built so that any foe that tries to harm the Clan will find more trouble than they think as a Strong Gate and Towers will bar their way.
-[X] Establish a Quarry: The Area around the new hold has shown that much of the Stone is made out of Basalt with trace amounts of Limestone. Though it

Will that be enought? 300 years might not be enough to turn into more than a powerful village/town.
we close to lonely mountains being attack by dragons so we prob getting after x amount turns some there pop due to our location where they retreat to is around our area there about anyway. just for reference in the battle of 5 armys the dwarfs had 7000 just from 1 hold and lonely mountain is the largest at this time so we could swell within 50 years to a good 10k-20k pop just from that we also be getting longbeards couse they are a faction in lotr :p
 
i putting my plan out there and yea i now we dont have iron or food production but i want get fast things out the way and guard us. this get us wood comming in and maintane our gear we have as well as getting advisors that we do need

ps @thefoolswriter we dont have any lumber so we cant do Clan Residence your plan good though. same with Build a Hold Entrance in @DragonParadox no lumber inless i missing something @Mad0Slayer

We should probably look to scavenging resources from the many ruins around us.

Seeing their age, most of their contained material would be useless, but no doubt there'll be some wood and (now) ore.

EDIT: Also I'm interested that nobodies gone for the steam golems yet. You know they can do more than fight right?
