Do you guys want Turn 1 to take place at 2112 or 2152 like in canon?

Oops. I can't count. I was thinking third mine, but we need another refinery for that.
Don't we need a Warehouse to store the Ingots we aren't using then, so that the Refinery can keep working?
Do we know how valuable things are for trade?
No we do not. The refinery isn't making a full load from a single mine so the ingots are still stored at it with no issues. Also no we don't but it doesn't matter as we are going to give them everything anyways as we want them to consider Shanxi a successful mining colony. So giving them a load of metals will show we are doing and being just that.

The resource structures can store 1 Turn of production, after that it stops producing until it has enough space, like in C&C3 if you are full. Warehouse is like 1 big silo and you do need it to get a stockpile but you can just sell everything you gathered in the Yearly Requisition interlude where you can barter stuff from the ColOffice.
Give me an hour to calculate how valuable an ingot is.

You might want to fix the mine production then beacuse at didn't you say 2 mines for a refinery to be used propely? Cause at the current level two mines is over and three mines is under for two refineries.
 
Man this quest looks like fun! That said I have a question about the current plan.

(+1 Mine, Requires 2 Population,
(+1 Sawmill, Requires 2 Population,
(+1 Conventional Farm, Requires 3 Population,

I may just not be understanding the mechanics correctly but if I am, doesn't this plan call for 3 Pop we don't have? Currently we have 15 Pop and 11 in use right now, this plan requires 7 Pop in total.

We have the next group of colonist showing up as we sell to GDI. The population isn't an issue.
 
So I found this video on youtube and I am interested in including this technology into the quest but I don't know how to implement it. Any ideas?
