Bit of a flaw here. S2s are the "perfect" candidates for the augmentation so cant exactly make it available for everyone presently....
Even in canon the S3s were not the equal of the S2s... (Slight exception in Noble Team of course).

Now that we are a Psyker, what exactly can we do? Are we Malcador lite or something similar in power and ability? Also does being a Orion's kid gives us an edge compare to other spartans? And you Said we are wizard basically, does that mean we can necromancer dead spartans back to life in the future? And can we do battle meditation from star wars? Cause that would give us a great advantage.
