[]Plan Future Proofing
-[] Recruit (Artillerymen): Recruit 1000 Artillerymen (Regulars). Artillery is king. Costs 8 Wealth. DC: 45
-[] Training (Artillery): You'll need to concentrate efforts so that the artillery crews are ready to move out at a moment's notice when the cannons arrive. Extra drills for all of them! Costs 1 wealth. DC: 35/65
-[] Request Supplies (Equipment): Equipment is holding, but some extras never hurt anything but your wallet. (Gain Supply Surplus, allowing longer campaigns without resupply) Costs 3 Wealth. DC: 10
-[] Correspond with Brian: You had heard he was now a general of the national guard, probably best to tell him how you're doing yourself. If you're planning on going to Paris, maybe you could tell him to meet sometime?
-[] Study & Practice: Practice makes perfect.

-[] Study & Practice: Practice makes perfect.
--[] Command
[] Homefront Investment: With a lull in the war, now is a good time as any to invest in the fabrics industry! Or rum? Grains? All are available to invest in, and you're sure that it would earn you the appreciation of locals.
--[] Fabric Industry

Begone Mystery Box you don't belong in this world! I believe shoring up our lack of cannons is prudent especially since our best command skill is Artillery. The Rest I don't have much issue with.

EDIT: Fixed and change fortification to training since I didn't notice the fortification price. Thanks to @Sentient Tree

I think you're a little over budget here. We have an absolute maximum of 21 wealth to spend this turn, and your plan requires 25 (since the Fortification option costs 9 wealth). I would suggest either dropping the Investment option, or changing the Fortification option to something cheaper, like training those artillery soldiers you'll hire.

Posting the full plan for it to properly connect through the tally.

Fixed the format. Gonna stick to my guns with training now, supplies later.

Still needs a - placed before Homefront so it shows up on the tally properly and not as a second entry.

Obviously, those writers were French or Algerian, people who wished to see you succeed in your battles because it brought honor and glory to the republic.
France wasn't in Algeria until 1830. They invaded because the Bey of Algiers asked them to pay back their loans, and they just occupied the country indefinitely. Algeria's native population declined by almost a third - over 800,000 people - between 1830 and the end of military resistance in the 1870s.

Maybe instead we can say that it was Quebecian, or American?

I held off on saying something because I wasn't sure if the French had the coast yet.

Americans sounds like the best one to use; they had a lot of love for Revolutionary France even when the ruling class began souring on them.

@Plausitivity or @Magoose
Is Thomas Paine still in the assembly, or did he leave somehow?
