Ooo, a neat idea for a jutsu to make later. Water Needle + Chidori Senbon. We become a living turret which can shoot in any direction at any time with pin-point accuracy.
Edit : @Magoose With sufficient skill, could we artificially create Kekkai Genkei (the mixing two elements kind)? Kekkai Tota can be taught and learned, which is literally more complex than Kekkai Genkei (3 elements instead of 2), so I don't see why we wouldn't be able to, beyond the fact that some people in canon saying it's impossible (which, again, makes little sense with Kekkai Tota being a thing).
If so, I'd be very interested in looking into Lightning+Air, it's one of the elements which just don't exist in canon, and the two elements fit us rather well.

Yes. But it will require a few things you are not allowed to know at this time.
I'd imagine that, among the list, we'd need ATLEAST Jounin Chakra Control (possible Kage), as well as several Elemental Jutsu of the desired types under our belt (since skill WITH that elemental-transformation isn't a stat you seem to be tracking)

Think that's fire+lightning, could be wrong though.
That actually seems like Storm Release, or maybe Scorch Release, if I were to guess what Lightning+Air would be, it'd be something weather related (shame that the name Storm Release is already taken). Or maybe Light (Storm Release, while LOOKING like Lasers, is actually described as Electricity Flowing Like Water, sounding a lot like plasma to me, rather than literal lasers)
Though... if were to get to the point to make our own Kekkai Tota, we could throw in water into the mix, and make THE REAL Storm Release.
Coincidentally, Fire+Lightning is the OTHER element we don't know. That and Wind+Lightning are the only pair of elements we don't got a canon transformation for.

It wouldn't be too hard to track the other things. It would be only 2 more lines to the character sheets to start, which you only need to adjust when we train those specific things.
Mostly unrelated, looking around online, one suggestion I found for Lightning+Wind is Swift Release, which I believe holds merit. Both of those elements DO feature increased movement speed, so combining them can easily lead to something that is all about movement.

A Branch Member: "Come on, kid! We'll show your father that he no longer has power over us!" It was a branch member you had never really interacted with... and he looked like he was about to kill Hinata.
You gritted your teeth as you burst through the door. The Branch members' eyes were activated, but he was not focused on you. Hinata was hiding underneath her covers naively thinking that it would protect her, tears in her eyes. She was probably hoping that it was a terrible dream that she could wake up from.
Unfortunately, it wasn't a dream. "Come on, kid! We'll show your father that he no longer has power over us!" The branch member shouted, trying to pull her off from her bed.
Take Down: 1D100 => 88+90(Bonuses from Traits, skills and Taijutsu Styles, Stealth Takedown)-10 (Non lethal Takedown)=168 vs 1D100 => 59+30+10=99

You gritted your teeth and lept across the room, your finger striking the nerves of the Tenketsu, causing the chakra coils to stop, and cause the rest of the body to collapse.
Within three seconds, the body will be starved of chakra, causing a crash. Five seconds later, the subject would be unconscious, no longer a threat.
And everything went exactly as you had planned.
The enemy branch member had fallen over, completely immobile. It would take a few hours for him to rise from the depths of unconsciousness. But whatever was happening would soon be over.
"Hinata." You quietly bent down and looked at her. "Are you okay?"
Hinata's status:1D100 => 58
Besides the puddle of urine that was on her bed, presumably from the terror she felt for the last several moments, Hinata was unharmed, at least physically. She gave a shaky nod and looked at you like you were some kind of angel.
Which at that very moment, red eyes and all… certainly made you look like one. "Come on." You lifted her out of her bed and into your arms. "Close your eyes, we're getting out of here."
Hinata did as you were ordered, her eyes shut. You ran out of the room. "Futaba, we need to get out of here!" You shouted as you activated your Byakugan.
You saw Hiashi and Kakashi fight back to back, while Itachi was… Well, Itachi was trying to bravely run away, with five toddlers who had been caught in the crossfire. He was carrying all five of them… somehow, and was running like a mad man towards the exit of the compound.
You did a tactical analysis of your options before you realized that you had enough chakra to get to Itachi without taking yourself out of the fight.
"Substitute to the pots at Itachi's position 600 meters away!" You said. "North, by northwest!"
Futaba looked at you, furious and confused. "I don't have a Byakugan remember!" She protested.
She made a fair analysis… you wish you had remembered that before. Maybe it was because you were at home, with people who could see what you were talking about.
"Than take my hand!" You ordered. She did.
You than blipped from existence until you reached the pot, placing it firmly at your own position previously… while you appeared right in front of Itachi and the children he was herding… along with the Front gate… the now unguarded front gate.
You then threw up. "Hey, Itachi." You groaned as you wiped the puke from your mouth. You had never done that before with so many people. "I see that babysitting Naruto taught you how to be quick on your feet with kids."
"More like Sasuke is a pain sometimes." He stated. "Everyone else is in a secure location… it seems not all the ninja Branch families wanted to be part of this scheme… They are barricaded in the western wing of the compound and seal themselves uptight until morning. We don't need to worry about them."
Good… people you didn't need to worry about saving. "I counted thirty hostiles and three unknowns, you?"
"Make it twenty-three, two of them chickened out and fled into the village," Itachi stated. "These five were rigged with explosive tags, but I defused them and are evacuating them from this place."
By the- "They put tags on them!?" You were disgusted by the Branch family's actions now… disgusted and sickened.
"The Branch members left notes to activate them if their coup failed." Itachi stated.
"See this is what I don't get about clan politics… why the fuck would they rig the next generation with explosives… if they thought they would fail?" Futaba stated.
"It matters little now, we need to get out." Itachi stated.
You saw the battle continue to rage in the compound, Auntie Hana and uncle Hiashi... even Kakashi-sensei was trying to fight everyone off without trying to kill them… but they would soon be overwhelmed, and be forced to kill… and the Kumo Delegates…
Oh no… the delegates were trying to break into the sealed area! They must think there are treasures beyond it! Or something, maybe they are trying to escape, or try to force an incident… they looked frightened, confused but not hurt.
What do you do now:
[]Stay and Fight!: "Itachi, Futaba, take them all to the Hokage tower and tell the secretary there is a code red in the Hyuga compound, assumed infiltrators, and a coup de ta of established head and family, and village ninja are in the crossfire, along with international ninja at play, but tell them not to send a quick reaction team to stop the fighting, tell them to lock down the compound and district so the fighting doesn't spread to the village. This is a Hyuga clan matter. We'll settle this ourselves."
[]Flee with the Children: "We need to get to the Hokage tower or Local ANBU forces, tell them there is a code read at the compound. We can figure out a plan once the compounds fighting won't break out into the village and really cause trouble. []Get the Delegation to Safety: The delegation looks like they are about to do something stupid… and you will want to… prevent that stupidity from turning into an international incident. Hopefully, you will not need to knock some bastards out to get the point across.

There are ANBU to deal with the delegation, as for why I've chosen lethality, well, they rigged kids with suicide bombs. Kakashi & Hiashi are both high lvl jounin, so no need fro baby Shiro to protect them when they've got it under control. We should spend more time with Neiji after this.
