It's just a formality, but they do need it for record-keeping and assignment post genin or sensei career.

[X]Help Others: You will go to the Hospital and demand they set up a psych ward. There are several people within these walls that are lacking psychological help.

[X]D-Rank: Lab Clean up: So Orochimaru needs some assistance cleaning the blood of his equipment… Try not to faint or puke, otherwise, he might experiment on you for dirtying up his lab.

Teamwork just improves your teamwork stat.

Sparing may also net you an increase in taijutsu skill, or grant you a new Jutsu. also, it increases teamwork, but if you fail, you may get hammered with a lose of an action, or Kakashi forcing you to take an action next turn that you may not want.
 
Still thinking of a plan, but trying a social action for Hinata should be taken since we didn't the last couple times. She's young but it's not too early to start the basis of a positive bond with the clan heir.

Chose the medic mission because it's the most meaningful of the missions. Social focusses on family and Atlas. Training to focus on our niche and delve in elemental jutsu.

-[X]Train Elemental Jutsu: Since you have lightning, Kakashi is braking out a few older scrolls that belonged to his father. Something about training yourself to become lightning.

-[X]Care for Neji: Your brother may be raised by your aunt… but you will not accept being away from your brother. You need to begin to truly teach him the way of being a genius… without the whole… clan dispising you for being a cripple.

-[X]D-Rank: Hospital Shifts: Since you know Healing Palms and are a ninja, you can intern at the hospital without having to go through the painful and time-consuming training period. Apparently, someone put a good word in for you.

Why this? Curious since it's explicitly just paper-work that won't even be relevant till we stop serving under Kakashi.

Being treated as a combat medicmight open some doors, and I suspect that we won't be offered any more medical training options until we've spent the action on getting our licence.

We have a +50 to all medical checks. That is literally as much as Atlas, the super medical-AI, had. I'm not sure how many more training options there'll be, period, without going to either Tsunade or Orochimaru.

The only jutsu we know is the basic three and mystical palm so we should start getting more. Since our taijutsu is already jonin rank its good enough we can focus on our other skills.

One, there's plenty we can learn from Atlas himself. Two, we know all of one medical jutsu and there are a few (like chakra scalpels) that we know we can learn from a regular medic without studying under a Sannin.

Just because we're on par with the best healer without access to chakra doesn't mean we can't easily surpass his bonus by combining Atlas' expertise and the hospital's iryojutsu.


Edit: Hell, once we eventually reach the limit of what medics can teach us, that might lead to Minato assigning us Shizune as a teacher - both to advance our medical skills and because we have a track record of helping with trauma, something she'll definitely suffer from after having to escape from Akatsuki including her former mentor Tsunade.

One, Atlas wouldn't hold back teaching us simply because of paperwork
Two, I'm pretty sure we DO know the others, and Magoose doesn't just want to list every single medical technique there is. It's much simpler to just list the most well known one and have that stand in for our general medical skill.

I'm fairly certain we ARE at the limit of what normal medics can teach us minus that niche-technique.
