The very upper end estimates put it at the same size and all the Eezo in the universe doesn't do you any good if some raiders slip behind your lines and trash all your shipyards. For all the we also have lots of eezo we are also limited in how much we can extract given how short a time we have been mining it. Overall I feel safe assuming the SAM isn't stupid and will assign sufficient force to protect us against reasonable threats and we can purchase system defenses and supplemental ships to enhance that.

The Alliance and the Council will be sending a full out fleet Including Dreadnoughts to guard the colony with this discovery. Also the Prime Minister already knows as Chris has told him in Background.

I do have my own plans going forward and I don't appreciate attempts to stymie what I plan which may include unusual amount of independence for Perkwunos.

Plan long term investments has a DC of 95 and can't really gauge a bonus for it.
 
Well. That seems like a rather high dc. Not worth risking failing that. Especially since that's something that's basically sure to fail. Unless we get some seriously massive bonuses on it.

If Perkwunos does not meet those minimum standards ensure that Perkwunos and any other colonies that posses strategic importance, whether due to natural resources, location, special infrastructure, or other reasons, has some form of special representation for decisions pertaining to their colony. +30 dc
-[] Subsidize the expansion of Perkwunos orbital infrastructure to the previously agreed capability of single dreadnought construction. +5 dc

(Already done)

Do remember plan Halp has an effective DC of 15 while Long term benefits after some though has one of 75 adding in their bonus.

What the fuck are you talking about, seriously I wouldnt normally be this rude but wtf. Of course there will be dreadnoughts. I am the one who has been telling people we are getting a fleet. I quoted you when you said we were getting a full fleet. For "stymieing your plans" I have no idea what you are talking about. If I made a mistaken assumption then it is on you to pay attention to your own thread and correct that. I haven't attempted to stymie anything, I have taken what information we have and drawn conclusions from it. If they are wrong that's fine but you need to tell me and proably give more information so that we don't make incorrect assumptions, not get mad and screw over my plan. I went back and reread the whole deal with SAI thing so yeah it makes sense that the Prime Minister already knows, but seriously you need to make it more clear what you are talking about. The only reason I figured that out is because you had the dc breakdown of my plan.

I seem to have pissed him off somehow. My plan gives the Alliance an objectively better deal and a good deal to the council on the eezo but somehow the QM "can't gauge a bonus".

-[x] Alliance blessing for selling Eezo to military of both Alliance and Council at cost +1% for up to 75% of Perkwunos output for long term good will.
-[x] Alliance arranged escorts for large Eezo shipments.
-[x] Getting Alliance to contact the Council and start the process.
-[x] Biotic related education and medical help from Alliance, and perhaps Council.

I do apologize for that misconception looking it over again. Though the stymieing is I do have plans for the some what Independence of Perkwunos and I was still groggy from waking up I sincerely do apologize for that part.

While it's good to have plans for a thread, I dont think anyone here wants independence anytime soon.
We are dependent on the Alliance for protection and no matter how well liked we are by the old guard they aren't going to let us go, meaning that baring extensive military action (which we couldn't support if we wanted to) we aren't gaining independence. We are too valuable an asset when it comes to ezo alone, never mind us being the training base for the N7 program, our Shipyards and the fact that we make up the majority population of Biotics in the Alliance. I haven't even started on our domestic issues, we have been struggling to field a population this entire quest, immigration is the only thing ensuring that we aren't hemorrhaging population every turn.

Not even with a string of Natural 100s would that be viable for us.
